Time to plan

Marinette had been at my house since 4 reading through ways to stop addiction.

After the third article I wasn't really listening but don't tell Mari that. Instead of listening to how to help myself I was thinking about Alix.

How could I help her get through this? When my mom passed being around friends like Alix helped me a lot.

So the first thing I thought of was a picnic at the park, complete with a dare of course. I decided I'd invite everyone from class and Luka and Kagami, it was a bummer Zoe had to miss it.

(Me trying to remember important characters that aren't in their class 😂) 

I sent out a group txt to my friends about tonight, all except Alix and Marinette. Yanno since Marinette was in front of me, as for Alix....

"KIM!", Marinette yelled. Causing me to jump in shock, practically falling off the chair.

I glanced at the clock. "Eight already?", I said. Marinette nodded, packing up so she could head to work.

She was working on a Bunnix line at the moment, not that anyone would know except the miraculous holders that had seen her though.

Mainly Juleka and Adrien modeled the Dupain-Cheng brand so most of our friends are at every fashion show, always in the front or second row.

"Good luck on the Bunnix line", I said as she waved from the doorway. "See you later Kim", she said, but before closing the door I caught it.

"Marinette?", I said. "Hmm?", she replied.

"Thanks for coming, and I'm having a picnic at the park, at our old meeting place if you could bring some croissants and macaroons I would appreciate it", I smiled.

She smiled back, nodding before turning away. "Bye Kim", she chuckled, hopping in her car and driving away.

My phone was practically blowing up from text responses.

K: Hey guys, I'm having a picnic in the park at 6pm, just to get together again, it's been too long, I hope you can come! P. S. Don't tell Alix, it's a surprise for her.

NL: me and Alya will be there dude, we'll bring some salad and berries, also you dudes and dudettes can be the first to hear my new sick beats!

L: Kagami and me will be there, we will bring some instruments for some late night jamming.

R: how nice! I'll be there! I'll see if Ali can come to! It will be so nice to see everyone again! I'll come pick up a few instruments to bring Luka!

AA: I'm sure Marinette will want to go so we will be there with some sweet treats.

J:I'm coming, I'm bringing some of my moms twice baked potatoes.

NK: excited to see you guys, don't screw stuff up with Alix Kim, I'm watching you. I'll bring some chips and dip.

C: I guess that leaves me with the veggie tray! See you guys there, so glad Rossi won't be at this one.

MA: Nath I'll bring the new comic book for everyone to read, also I'll bring some of my dads famous chocolate chip cookies fresh from the oven!

I: Mylene is bringing stuff for bracelets, I'll help bring instruments Luka.

M: I'm 57% sure that Alix won't come Kim but you've proven me wrong before, and since you still have a 43% chance it's debatable. Sabrina and me will definitely be there and there's a 50% chance Sabrina is making a 7 layered jello dessert. 

AC: Alix had better come, I've still got one ship that hasn't sailed! Besides, I hardly got to hang out with her when she was at Mari's yesterday!

J: she went to Marinette's?

NK: yeah babe I told you I dropped her off when I was driving her around the city yesterday, I believe you were at a extra fitting for some dresses with Mari's assistant.

R:it will be so nice to see her again!

I smiled at my friends texts and pocketed my phone, stepping into my kitchen to get myself some food.

A fried egg sandwich sounded pretty good considering I'd been up all night.

But after that I had a lot of shopping to do to get sandwiches for everyone and the surprise for Alix, I just hoped she liked it.

Alya was on a mission, she had her ship book in hand on her morning run, but when she passed the bakery she was surprised to see five girls in front of it.

Those five being Juleka, Rose, Mylene, Chloe and Sabrina who was waiting for her second layer of jello to cool.

"What are you guys doing here?", I asked, wiping sweat off my brow.

"Probably the same as you Césaire, we're here to talk to Marinette on what the plan is on getting Kim and Alix together for this picnic", Chloe said.

"Well that wasn't my original plan Chlo", I replied. I stepped into the shop and greeted Sabine.

"Sabine is Marinette upstairs?", I asked, setting my water bottle on the counter.

"No Alya, she's at Adrien's working on her new line", Sabine leaned in close and dropped several pieces of jewelry in my hand.

"Marinette wanted you and the girls to hold onto these until she's back this afternoon, she's on a mission", Sabine whispered in my ear.

I gripped the miraculous and nodded walking out the door towards the girls. A miraculous was handed to each girl and I felt my own under my shirt to make sure it was still there.

The girls put them on, the kwami's immediately flying into their respective bags or pockets.

"Marinette is on a mission with Cat noir, looks like it's just us to get Klix together", I sighed. "I think we should meet at my house later", I finished.

The girls nodded and put their hands in the middle of our circle in the peace sign bending our fingers down. "Bunny check!", we ask said, separating to our different ways.
