My heart beat in my chest on the car ride to the park. I took a left and parallel parked on the side of the road.

I grabbed the small handbag Alya had threatened me to use, although I didn't understand the point of it, I was going to discard it somewhere in the first ten minutes anyways and what can I even fit in it?!

You can't even have a Hershey's chocolate bar in there without making it look bulky and awkward.

I was still exhausted, a light headache pressing against my forehead. My problems were piling up fast than I could shove them away.

I'd only been here for a couple days I've already been akumatized, cried on Kim, who I now knew might have been drunk when I was at his place to be honest.

Way to many of my friends were suspicious as to why I was here and several had asked about my dad and brother. Chloe had been texting and calling all day, probably wondering why I hadn't come out of my room and wanted to make sure I was alive.

I had checked the timeline today and it appears Adrien did something that set his death back about two months, but he's still totally going to die as of right now.

I still didn't know why Alya and Rose came over to put me in this outfit and leave, but to each their own I guess. I opened the car door, taking a deep breath.

Even though it was only 6 in the afternoon the sun was starting to go down and some of it was hiding behind the Eiffel Tower. I looked forward and spotted Kim, nervously fiddling with his shirt hem.

I wanted to smile but then had flashbacks to his room and shook it away. I slammed the car door, adrenaline pumping for an unknown reason.

I walked towards him, the hairs on my arms raising in the light cool breeze. He smiled and I stopped in front of him, taking a second to take a whiff of the air which smelled of some Dupain-Cheng treats.

What was he up to? I placed a hand on my left hip, the soft shirt cool under my warm hand. "So mind telling me why the heck I'm here when I could be taking a nap?", I raised my eyebrow and waited for what he probably thought was a super smart response.

"Cuz i thought you'd have more fun at a cool outdoor picnic with all your old friends", he smirked, obviously thinking he was the best or something.

My jaw dropped, so that's what everyone has been doing all day! I grabbed his arm and took off down the path of glow sticks silently thanking Kim for putting this together in my head.

I stopped at the canopy, tent thing they had set up, no one was under it yet so I walked underneath admiring the lights and glow sticks and the balloons.

I spun around under it grinning to myself, I had missed parties like this. These were the parties that I usually stuck by the snack table, but not tonight.

Tonight was going to be a night of fun with my old classmates and friends. Nino has stepped up to his DJ stand that the guys must have set up recently because it seemed out of place.

It kind of looked like they ran out of space for it/forgot about it so they just shoved it somewhere.

"Hey dudes and dudettes! We have some awesome stuff planned for tonight so first can we all head over to get a sandwich and some snacks and me and kitty section are starting music at 8! Also, welcome back to Paris Alix", Nino spoke into the mic.

I smiled and was instantly attacked by everyone that hadn't already realized I was there. Mylene arms wrapped around my waist first, distracting me from Nino for a moment.

I could see Kim grinning out of the corner of my eye, but not for long. Because in a matter of moments all the girls were hugging me.

Then all the girls pulled in the guys, I reached for Kim through the abundance of adults and pulled him into the crowd of people.
