Leigh's mind was drawn, drawn to the snarling of Lycans. She fired, watching the lock snap off. She slowly walked over, taking the crest out of the box. She looked it over, that was the last piece she needed to be able to find her sister. As she took it in her hands, the snarling stopped.
There was no movement, there was silence from the people in the house, but her ears did catch something.
"And you think she can hear me?" The man laughed.
"Of course she can!"
Leigh knew that voice, it belonged to Logan. The voice of the man had to be the one who had taken her. She wasn't entirely sure, but she had a feeling at the same time. It had to be him, who else would Logan be with if not?
"She can hear you," the woman's voice said, "it's part of her charm."
Leigh gritted her teeth.
"You're pretty sure she's going to find you, aren't you?"
"If anybody can, she can."
The man laughed, it was all a joke. He didn't think she would make it very far, but as long as she played her cards right, she would be fine. Leigh gritted her teeth, staying focused on the voices.
"We'll see if she can get past my Lycans," he chuckled.
Leigh shook her head, almost stepping away from their conversation. They were in the opposite direction of where she was currently. If she had just stayed focused, maybe she would have found her sooner.
"Dammit," Leigh hissed. As she started to open the gate, footsteps walked up behind her and smashed something against the back of her head.
Everything turned black and all of her weight was lifted off of her. Her face collided with the snow and all she felt was a cold.
If only she had done something different, if only she had done everything different, maybe her sister would be with her. Maybe she could have focused more on her sisters breathing, a heart beat, anything to tell her where her sister was.
Maybe she could have fought harder to follow the stranger man, maybe she could have done something different.
That was a lot of maybes for one scenario, there would still be more fighting to come. Leigh could feel it in her chest, this was not the end. This was only the beginning, but she could also feel her heart being tugged away from Logan's.
Their bond, the one they had their entire life, it was being torn apart.

"Stop squirming," a voice spoke. Her body was placed on the ground and cuffs wrapped around her wrists. Leigh struggled to open her eyes, finally, they opened. She stared at a man, it was the same man that had taken Logan. She gritted her teeth, but what would that accomplish? She couldn't remain angry, she could miss things that were important.
The man looked at her, right in the face. "You're not much of a fighter, are you?" He laughed, wrapping a chain around the cuffs.
Leigh breathed, deeply. She focused, hard, for Logan. She could hear her, somewhere, but it was nowhere near them. They were underground, it made her sisters whispers clunky and hardly there. She could just barely hear Logan, but it was enough to give her some amount of sanity.
Logan was alive.
"Where are we?" Leigh asked and he laughed.
"Come on, from what your sister said, you would know this." Heisenberg put the chain connected to her cuffs over his shoulder and he started dragging her. Leigh flinched, rocks scarping against her skin.
Leigh breathed, gritting her teeth. She could hear the snarling of Lycans and the smashing of metal. She wasn't entirely sure where they were, but it was underground. That meant that if she escaped, it would be harder for her to find her way back above ground.
"What else did you two talk about?" Leigh hissed.
Heisenberg chuckled, "wouldn't you like to know. We're almost there."
He dragged her through the dirt and then through a door. She flinched as her body hit against the door as it shut. Leigh narrowed her eyes as he continued to drag her, though finally stopping in an open area. Lycans surrounded them, but they didn't make a breath for Heisenberg, just watched her.
Heisenberg dropped the chain, removing it from her wrists. He placed his hammer down, next to him.
Leigh slowly rose from the ground, moving closer to him as Lycans lunged at her.
"Lets see what you're really made of," Heisenberg chuckled. He wanted to have his fun with the girls sister before he had to take her to Mother Miranda. None of them knew that he had managed to get his hands on her.
Well, the villagers had actually left her for the Lycans. He took his chance to get her before she became Lycan food. In reality, he saved her so he figured he deserved to have his fun before they found out.
Lady Dimitrescu had gotten the other sister, he figured that he would be able to keep her for at least a little while until it was time to take her to the 'family' meeting.
For years, he had done everything Mother Miranda had told him, but it was finally his turn to get what he wanted. "Your sister told me so much about you, Leigh."
The bastard knew her name, he knew her fucking name. Leigh gritted her teeth, but she knew there was nothing more she could do. A Lycan lunged once more causing Leigh to take another step forward. If it wanted to kill her, it would have done it by now.
There was more to it, whatever the psycho in front of her wanted. "You know my name?" She hissed.
Heisenberg chuckled, "like I said, her and I talked about you. You're lucky though."
Leigh raised a brow, "how?"
Heisenberg chuckled, "you're lucky that I found you instead of who your sister is with."
This was her chance, she could find out where her sister was. "Who?"
The laughter started and Heisenberg stared at her. "I think that's enough talking, don't you?" He adjusted his hammer. "Let's have a little bit of fun, shall we?"
