Heisenberg had left her in the cuffs for a few days, Leigh could feel when the sun would go down and when it would come up. She could feel the heat on her skin as if she was right under the sun.

That was the only way she could keep track of time.

Finally, after three days, Heisenberg released her. He gave her a simple look, but didn't say much to her.

Leigh knew what he expected from her, but she had yet to leave the factory.

Yet.

Logan was the one with strength, she could fight while Leigh couldn't. Leigh usually left it to Logan, Leigh would handle being the brains.

Since Logan was now gone, Leigh needed to learn to do everything. Her target were Lycans, it wasn't like anyone would miss them after all.

"You're killing my pets?" Heisenberg asked, taking a seat near Leigh.

Leigh had been below ground for at least twelve hours now, she had lost track of time each hour that went by. "Pets?" Leigh asked and chuckled, "something like that."

In her hand was a rusted dagger, she had found it pacing around the factory. It was all luck, but then again, Heisenberg had all sorts of parts just lying around.

"I found this in your... factory." Leigh opened her hand, showing Heisenberg the rusted knife.

Heisenberg eyed the knife and chuckled. A rusted knife, that was nothing he needed to worry about. "Keep it," he smiled. She wouldn't best him even with a rusted knife.

This was all just practice.

"Thanks, I guess?" Leigh gripped the knife, sighing. She slowly sat on the ground, watching Heisenberg. "I'll be leaving here soon."

Heisenberg chuckled, "I'll take you to the castle. You're my responsibility, it's better me than the other Lords."

"Lesser of two evils?" Leigh asked and Heisenberg smirked.

Right, exactly.

Which one would cause the most problems for her? "What can you tell me about the one my sister is with?" She asked.

Heisenberg smirked, sitting his hammer down. "Alcina Dimitrescu, that bitch." He chuckled some, though his face turned stoic in a matter of seconds. "Can't forget her three daughters, you'll have to worry about them just as much as her."

"What does she want with my sister?"

"The same thing that we want with the villagers," Heisenberg chuckled. "You're all experiments, but she uses the blood of virgins to make wine."

"That's not weird," Leigh murmured, though she remained silent about the truth of her sister.

What everyone didn't know wasn't anyone's business, especially whether her sister was a virgin or not.

Hell, that wasn't even Leigh's business, but the two shared everything.

"Are you sure you want to do this? You can always just take the loss." Heisenberg eyed Leigh from behind his lenses, studying her.

There was no way she would leave her sister behind, but maybe there was a chance. He wasn't going to lose her, but sticking his neck out to protect her from Miranda wasn't an option.

They needed to play their cards carefully.

While he didn't trust her, there was no way she could get away. She wouldn't escape, whether it was him or Miranda.

"I'm positive," Leigh stared at Heisenberg. "We're family, you just don't abandon family."

He laughed and Leigh narrowed her eyes.

Laughter?

Maybe he was just as crazy as the rest of the villagers. They worshipped the Lords, they were Gods, but everyone in the damn village was crazy.

Logan had called it, but Leigh never listened. Her sister had been right all along and now they were separated, in more trouble than they could have ever imagined that they would be in. As lovely as it was, Leigh only agreed to help Heisenberg to get her sister back.

That was the deal and after that, they were done.

It was straight to the point, she just wanted her sister back.

"I agreed to help you because you're going to help me find my sister." Leigh twisted the knife in her palm. "That was the deal."

"That's right, but you better make sure you keep your end of the bargain."

"I plan on it," Leigh hissed. "I made a deal with you and I intend to keep it."

Heisenberg smirked, "good. I'll take you to the castle, are you ready?" He didn't like to leave the factory, it left him to his own devices without Miranda spying on him every chance she could. He would have to be careful, he needed to do his best to hide Leigh.

He found Logan, but Miranda had believed she was better off with Lady Dimitrescu. Leigh, on the other hand, Leigh needed to stay with him.

"I'm as ready as I'll ever be." Leigh stood up, gripping the hilt of the knife. Heisenberg was another monster entirely. She needed to worry about one Lord at a time.

First Lady Dimitrescu and then Heisenberg.
