Pastor Kim's only son, Kim Taehyung, is the golden boy of their small town with his baritone, soulful voice and pretty face. He's the perfect son; goes to church every Sunday with his favorite Bible in hand, prays when he is supposed to, and most importantly, always follows the word of the Lord, no matter what.
Jeon Jungkook is, as the townspeople would say, a lowlife. He's despicably rude, demanding, and at times, an impulsive person. But he can also be kind, patient, and sensitive. Taehyung slowly finds himself seeing a side of Jungkook that others refuse to acknowledge.
In a town where homophobia triumphs and those struggling financially are looked down upon, Taehyung and Jungkook find themselves struggling to stay afloat.
