Hope woke up and checked the time. It was about 9.00 am and for the first time in a long time Hope didn't care about being awake early. Sitting up Hope stretched and grabbed her phone and checked her messages. Hope smiled as she saw she had a text from Josie

Josie: I can't wait to hang out today, It will be nice to get away from formalities for a day. One thing though, I forgot to mention. My dad want's me to bring my bodyguard I hope that's okay.

Hope frowned reading the last part of the message. Why did Josie need a bodyguard? Typing back Hope decided to dismiss it.

Hope: That's okay, They better not get in the way of our day though. 

Josie: He won't He's Very professional

Hope: Okay see you at 12 pm

Hope put her phone down before getting out of bed and finding an outfit. She decided on casual but not to casual. Once dressed Hope headed downstairs and greeted her aunt who looked at her confused "Hope. Its 9.30 am. Your never up early". Hope laughed as she went into the walk in fridge and grabbed a bag of blood "Well what can I say. I have plans today?" Freya smiled as she answered "Oh, is that with this new friend you made?" Hope glared at her aunt in a joking manor before answering "Yes, I'm Looking forward to spending my after noon with her". Freya went to ask who it was when her phone rung. Smiling Freya excused herself "It's your aunt Keelin". Hope just nodded as she poured the blood into a wine glass an left the room. All the waiters, Chief's, maids, and chauffer's were compelled to not say anything about Hope being a hybrid so she could freely walk around her house drinking blood. Hope headed back to her room and sat on her bed. she was already dressed all she had to do was do her hair and make up and she would be ready to go. But considering it was still fairly early Hope just decided to relax in her room and do some sketching.

(Time skip)

Hope climbed off her bed when she saw it was 11.30 am. The grill was only 10 minutes away so Hope had time to quickly do her hair and make up. After about 20 minutes Hope headed downstairs and grabbed her car keys from the key hooks before calling through the house "I'm heading out now". All Hope heard was her aunt shout okay and tell her to remember the rules. Smiling she headed out the door and to her car. Unlocking it she climbed in and put some music on before driving towards the grill. 

Hope pulled up at the grill 5 minutes early, she may have sped a little bit. Hope climbed out her car and decided to wait outside the grill for Josie. After a short wait a white McLaren pulled up and a young man in a suit climbed out, before walked around to the passenger door to open it "Miss Saltzman, We have arrived". Hope stood in awe as the young girl climbed out of the car "Thank you Mr. Waithe" The man nodded as he closed the door behind her. "Isn't this a bit much?" Josie laughed at Hope's words as she walked over "Says the girl with the Lambo". Hope stood up properly and smiled "Touché". Josie smiled as she spoke "So lunch?" Hope nodded and followed Josie and her bodyguard into the Grill. Walking in they both gained some attention but they ignored it as they took a booth in the corner. However Josie's body guard sat In a booth that was a few seats away so he wouldn't interrupt, But so he could still see Josie. 

Once they were seated they began conversing "So why did your father think you needed a bodyguard?" Josie smiled lightly "He worries is all". Hope frowned "Well I didn't see you with a body guard yesterday". Josie just smiled lightly "He was here he was just Waiting in the car". Hope nodded a little "And why is he not in the car now?" Josie shrugged as she answered "Dad found out and got angry. It was either I have him with me at all times, Or I never leave my house again". Hope frowned at how sad Josie sounded about it "Do you not like having bodyguards or anything?" Josie just shrugged once more "I want to be something more that just Josette Saltzman, second most popular Family name in Mystic falls. I just want to be a normal teenager". Hope nodded "I understand completely. I know what it's like to have people doing everything for you and worshipping you just because you have a name". Josie smiled a little "Guess that's the curse of being us". Hope laughed a little "I guess so".

Both the girls ordered their food and spoke and laughed with each other for the remainder of their time at the grill. They were now heading to the cinema and Hope was following Josie in her car. After about 10 minutes they pulled into the parking lot and parked before climbing out and heading inside the movie theatre. Once they got to the desk Josie spoke "Hello, I'm Josette Saltzman. I called yesterday and reserved a full theatre room". The guy behind the counter nodded and checked the books before smiling "Right this way Miss Saltzman". Hope followed the man, Josie and her bodyguard into a empty Theatre room. Once inside Hope saw there were already snacks ready and there were two seats set up at the back of the theatre. Josie smiled as she looked at the man thanking him. Once he left she then turned to her bodyguard "Mr. Waithe would you please sit down here?" The body guard smiled politely and nodded before he took a seat. Hope was surprised by the girl but didn't say anything as she felt Josie grab her hand and take them to the back of the theatre but not before grabbing some snack's from the front. 

Hope and Josie sat watching the movie in silence and Josie seemed to be enjoying it. Hope would sneak a glance at the girl every now and then and took in just how beautiful this girl was up close. She had deep brown eyes, Pink lips that seemed to be in a constant pout, Flawless skin. Hope was brought out  of her trance when she heard a explosion on the film. Hope quickly turned around and faced the screen but she could no longer concentrate on the movie as Josie's hand seemed to have made it's was to Hope's arm rest. Hope looked down at it for a second and contemplated Holding it but she managed to resist it. Finally the movie had come to an end and the lights turned on in the theatre. Hope and Josie both stood up stretching as did her bodyguard. Hope was sad that the movie had ended but was happy that she had got to spend her afternoon with Josie. They both made their way out of the theatre and back to the car park. When they reached their cars they both looked at each other "Well it was nice spending the day with you Miss Mikaelson. Hope laughed at the formality "Really?" Josie laughed  little before turning slightly more serious "I'll text you when I get Home". Hope nodded and walked a little bit closer to Josie. Josie's body guard was currently in the car and Hope took this as an opportunity to hug Josie. Hope wrapped her arms around Josie and was Hugging her when she became very aware of the other girls heartbeat. She could hear it was beating fast and she felt Veins starting To pulse under her eyes. Hope quickly pulled back looking away for a moment so Josie couldn't see her face. Once the veins receded she looked at Josie who seemed concerned "Everything alright?" Hope nodded lightly and smiled "It's fine, Talk soon?" Josie just nodded as she climbed in her car and the Bodyguard drove off. Hope watched until they were out of sight before climbing in her car and taking a deep breath.
