Hope was dropping Josie off at the airport. They had spent the entire weekend together just like they had arranged but now Josie had to go to away for a week to work. Hope was sitting with Josie and they were talking when Josie's flight got called out. Frowning both Hope and Josie stood up. Hope pulled Josie into a hug before speaking "Remember to call me when you get to your Hotel. And be careful okay?" Josie smiled as she pulled away lightly and looked at Hope "I'll be careful I promise, And of course I'll call you". Hope nodded and Pulled Josie in for a hug once more. Josie pulled away And kissed Hope before they said bye. Hope watched as Josie showed the woman her tickets and disappeared. Hope stayed standing and watching out the window of the airport as Josie's flight took off. Once it was in the air Hope sighed and began leaving, she had a longish drive back to mystic falls. 

(Time skip)

Hope just pulled up in her drive and climbed out. Walking towards the woods Hope stripped before shifting into her wolf. Hope then began running through the woods trying to silence her thoughts and anxiety's. Hope allowed her wolf to completely take over and soon found herself stalking a deer through the woods. She followed it silently until it stopped at a river, Once it leaned down to take a drink Hope crept closer to It before pouncing on it going for its throat. Once she had it pinned she held it down until it stopped moving before she then began eating it. after a few hours Hope found herself wandering around the woods until she ended up at the lake. Walking over to the edge of it she took a sip and laid down finally taking the control back from her wolf. Hope let her thoughts wander to Josie and wandered if she was okay. She knew Josie still wouldn't be arriving for a few more hours and she was feeling restless not hearing from the girl. Hope then the her thoughts wander to the figure that had been seen in Josie's room last week. Hope thought about who it might be and what they wanted, but also felt slightly relieved that Josie was away from them  in  Europe. 

Hope must have fallen asleep at the lake because the next thing she remembered she was waking up in the dark. Hope quickly stood up and stretched before racing back through the woods to where she had shifted. Shifting back she threw her clothes on still covered in  blood and mud before grabbing her phone and checking it. She saw she had 3 missed calls from Josie and 2 from her aunt Freya. Sighing Hope checked the time and figured Josie would be asleep by now. Growling at herself for falling asleep she walked back to her house before walking in. Almost immediately she was met by a worried Freya "Hope, Where have you been? And why is there blood all over your face? Tell me you haven't eaten anyone". Hope shook her head "Calm down aunt Freya, I wolfed out for a while, and the only thing I ate was a deer". Freya nodded and smiled looking a little relieved "Good, now go and take a shower and head to bed". Hope nodded and headed upstairs before grabbing her pyjamas and heading for a shower. 

Hope was laying in bed but couldn't sleep or settle. She felt to restless not Having Josie on the phone and it was irritating her. Finally giving up Hope sat up and turned her television on. After  a hour or two of watching it Hope had finally managed to doze off. Josie was currently in the middle of a lesson. She had arrived mid day in England yesterday which meant it would have been night time back home. She had tried calling Hope but got no answer so she assumed Hope would have been sleeping. She had spent yesterday relaxing and sleeping after her journey and now it was mid day and she was teaching. Her and Hope had messaged late last night when Josie had woken as it was Hope's daytime when Josie finally woke. and now Hope would be sleeping again while Josie was up teaching so they weren't able to talk. Josie was currently relaxing at her desk when she was approached by one of her students, she had dark hair, a nose piercing and a warm smile with just a hint of mischief "Hello Miss Saltzman, I'm Penelope. Penelope park". Josie smiled at the girl "Please call me Josie were practically the same age and Miss Saltzman makes me feel old". The girl laughed a little bit before nodding "Okay Josie. What are you doing after school?" Josie just shrugged "Going Home and reading probably". The raven haired girl smiled as she sat Opposite Josie's desk "Come to a party with me". Josie raised her eyebrow at the girl "I don't think I'm allowed, After all technically, I'm your teacher". The girl laughed and shrugged "Come on, Your only here for a week and they can't exactly sac you. Plus like you said, your our age. So what do you say?" Josie just smiled and nodded "Okay fine, but you don't tell anyone". Penelope just smirked and nodded "You have my word". Josie just shook her head and smiled as the student left her classroom  to go to break. 

(Time skip)

Josie was looking through her bag for a outfit for the party. She pulled out some tight jeans and a low cut top and pulled them on. She then put some flat shoes on and headed into the bathroom to quickly do her hair and make up. She was missing Hope and thought that the party would be a great distraction. Once she was ready she headed downstairs and outside the Hotel where her personal chauffer that her father had hired was waiting. Walking over to him she climbed into his car and gave him the address of the party. Nodding he began driving. It didn't take long for them to arrive and Josie climbed out the car. Grabbing her phone out she sent a quick text to Hope before heading into the party.
