Dylan
Peter safely returned to Queens while Dylan secretly latched on and underneath his school bus for a free ride back. When they arrived, Dylan couldn't say goodbye to Peter as he was getting hugged by his guardian, Dylan assumed, when he stepped off the bus.
Dylan didn't look back, only kept moving forward. She had a mission to find her dad and she wasn't gonna let a boy get in the way of it. Yet she hoped she would see him again some time.

Peter
The day after the field trip, Peter's school's new announcements were locked and loaded on the topic of the event at the Washington Monument, talking about the masked hero and the newcomer.
Of course, everyone was pumped and amazed that their hometown Spider-Man was suddenly in D.C. but people were now more curious about the new hero they were calling, "Venom".
Peter never got a chance to say goodbye to Dylan so he worried about where she was during all of this and wondered if she knew she was on the news.
T.V. monitors in every corner of the hallways were replaying the news on Spider-Man and the uprising. Peter smiled to himself as he walked the halls, hearing people being excited and happy for his successful rescue with Dylan.
Going down the stairs, Peter was approached by Ned. "Dude, dude, dude, dude, dude. What is it like being famous when nobody knows it's you?" He whispered.
Peter smiled big, gripping his backpack's handles. "Crazy, dude,"
"By the way, who was that new guy?" Ned asked.
"Hm?"
"You know, the guy who helped you when the elevator dropped?" Ned explained. "His arms were like black and purple colored, his face was covered up like yours-"
"Oh yeah, him," Peter realized Ned was talking about Dylan.
"So, what is he, like your partner or something?"
Peter was hesitant. "Uh, sh- he's just my friend, we just met like a couple of days ago, all right?"
Ned got excited. "Oh my gosh, this is so cool, now I know two superheroes," he smiled and Peter grinned nodding. "Should we tell everyone?" Ned then blurted out.
Peter paused and shook his head. "No,"
"Should I tell everyone?"
Peter shook his head again. "No, dude. That's not a good idea."
"Okay, come on, we'll be late to class,"
Peter pointed. "I'm not going to class,"
Ned turned back. "You're already in so much trouble for ditching the decathlon," he reminded him.
"Dude, listen, I figured it out," Peter came closer to him, lowering his voice. "The wingsuit guy is stealing from Damage Control. What he takes from Damage Control, that's how he builds the weapons. So all I gotta do is catch him,"
"But we have a Spanish quiz,"
"Ned, I'm probably never gonna come back here," Peter stated. "Mr. Stark is moving the Avengers upstate so when I bring this guy in-"
"Dude, you wanna be a high school dropout?" Ned asked.
Peter shrugged, stepped back. "I am so far beyond high school right now," he said before getting stopped by the school principal.
"Parker, my office," he ordered, walking past Peter, giving him the eye.
