EPISODE ONE PT 2: She's not who she seems

Adrien slowly opened his eyes, his head was throbbing and he couldn't quite remember why he was on the floor surrounded by his classmates and Marinette's other friends. Sabine and Tom looked at him with their eyes full of parent's worry for their child. "Adrien! Are you alright?" Marinette's parents asked.

Wait...Marinette

Marinette, his princess...his Lady

Gasping he shot up and clutched his heart. His lady, his bugaboo was trapped in that world with that liar. "Adrien?! Oh my god, are you okay?" the soft worried voice of Rose came to his ears but it was quickly shut out by ringing.

Painful ringing.

It had been her the whole time.

The scars

They were from battle

He had failed to protect her

His Lady

Why didn't she tell him?

Flashes of Marinette and Ladybug flew through his mind.

The fearless heroine that had stolen his heart on their first day together was his soft shy and very cute clumsy classmate. It made sense, oh it made so much sense. At least to him, it made sense. Ladybug was so much like Marinette, strong, powerful, smart, beautiful, courageous, selfless. Marinette was so much like Ladybug, a leader, ready to take charge, willing to do anything to protect her friends.

Adrien froze and the mumbled words slipped out of his mouth before he could stop them.

"Y-you all thought she was a villain." He stood up ignoring Nino's gentle grasp trying to get him to sit back down. No, he wasn't going to sit back down, not now. His classmates and Chloe all expressed worry for him. Such fake and pretend worry that he had no care for being the perfect child for his father anymore.

He had a few words to say to these 'friends'

He pointed a finger at his classmates. His eyes lost all signs of rationality, they were just empty, dark green pools of sadness waiting to fill up and burst. He felt empty, his other half was trapped in a false past with a liar who would try and do anything to hurt Marinette. He didn't like this feeling, and now knowing that Marinette is Ladybug, the Guardian of the Miraculous, and that all of his hope of seeing and holding her again was destroyed.

He saw no need to hold it in anymore

"You all said she was a villain." he looked at them and saw them flinch. "She saved your lives every day, never asking for anything in return." Nino didn't try and stop Adrien because Nino could tell his bro was not in the best mindset right now and Nino did NOT want to be in Adrien's path of destruction.

Adrien's eyes began to swell with tears as he slowly realized something. "Those scars..." he trailed off, confusing his classmates. "Those scars were from Akumas...Akumas that wanted to murder you and hurt you." He wobbled as he walked closer to his class, Aurore tried to grab him to pull him back but the moment her and Adrien's eyes met she flinched and backed off. Adrien approaches Chloe, who sticks her nose up in the air.

"Those scars are hideous and it serves Dupain-Cheng right, honestly whoever made her Ladybug must have been an idiot! I should have been a hero!"
