Emotions run high pt2

Bayley wasn't sure what happen in Sasha office. Why wouldn't Sasha want her around. The elevator door finally open and there stood Braun waiting. "Bayley let's go talk for a minute." Braun asked. "No thank you, I have to get back to work." Bayley said. "Do you want me to drive you back to the coffee shop?" Braun said. "No thank you, I think the fresh air will help me clear my mind." Bayley said. "Bayley come on you don't want to get sick before the big game." Braun pointed out. "Bayley knew Braun was right and she couldn't let the team down. "Fine I'll let you take me back to the coffee shop and thank you." Bayley said.

"So, do you want to talk about it?" Braun asked as they walked to the car. "Not really, I just found out the person that I love is ashamed of me and she just yelled at me like my dad use too." Bayley said sadly. " I don't think Sasha is ashamed of you, just worried that you might leave her." Braun said. "I have no plans on leaving her and I should be the one worried. Look at her and she famous. What do I really have to offer her?" Bayley asked. "Believe it or not everything and she knows that." Braun said. "I wish I could believe that and thank you for the ride." Bayley said. "Wait I don't want you walking back to the apartment. What time will you be done today?" Braun asked. "I'll be done by 3 pm if you want to pick me up." Bayley said. "I will see you than and I will be watching." Braun said.

Bayley knew she wouldn't be able to get away from Braun. "Hello Mr Michael, here is your money from the delivery." Bayley said handing the money over. "Hey how along can you stay today?" Shawn asked. "I can stay until 3 today if that will help you." Bayley said. "That's great that's when Liv is available to come in." Shawn said. Bayley started to get to work and it was steady follow of customer for 2 hours. "Hey Bayley, how are you feeling before the big game." Charlotte asked. "I feel ok!" Bayley said. "What's wrong? Do you want to talk? I know I'm not Becky but I'm a good listener." Charlotte said.

"Sasha got mad at me for delivering product to her office from the coffee shop. I don't think she like the fact her secretary was hitting on me and before I could say anything to her secretary, Sasha had walked up. The look on her face said it all and I felt like she was ashamed of me being there. Like I wasn't good enough for her. All I could hear in my head was Becky saying I told you so." Bayley said. "I don't think she ashamed of you, maybe just worried that you might leave her for someone else. I felt the same way when I first started going out with Becky. I always thought she was going to leave me for someone better. To me honest with you, I thought she was going to leave me for you. The way she talked about you and so happy when you could finally got to come out this way. I felt I couldn't live up to what she seen in you and it scared me." Charlotte said.

"How could you think me and Becky were an item?" Bayley asked. "I don't know, maybe because you were into sports like she was. You had a history being friends since you two were kids. Than the phone call came in that you got hurt and I watched Becky freak out. When Becky finally told me what happened my heart broke and I couldn't believe Becky mom allowed it to happen." Charlotte said. "What did Becky tell you about that day?" Bayley asked. "She said your dad hit you and her mom stood by an let it happen. Than took money to help cover up what your dad did. Becky was so upset with her mom." Charlotte said.

"Actually the truth is Becky mom tried to protect me and when my dad went to hit her I pushed her out of the way. I took the beating to protect Becky mom and by the time my mom showed up I was out cold. Becky mom hit my dad with a bat and knocked him out. Becky mom wanted to call the police but my mom offered to help pay for Becky to go to school here if she didn't press charges." Bayley told Charlotte. "You never told Becky about this?" Charlotte asked. "No, her mom didn't want Becky to know the truth and made me promise not to tell her what happened. I didn't want to hide the truth from her but Becky mom didn't want her to find out that my mom was paying for her to go to school." Bayley said.

"I thought Becky got scholarships to come to school. My dad got the one scholarship Becky got that would cover everything taken away and her mom didn't want to tell her. I was going to press charges against my father and my mom didn't want me to do it. I told my mom what my dad had done to Becky scholarship and my mom would need to help Becky out. So, my mom made a scholarship to help pay for Becky to come to school here. Becky thought her mom took the money to make her life better but it was to make Becky life better." Bayley said.

"Bayley, that was a wonderful thing you did for Becky." Charlotte said hugging Bayley. "It started out being something nice but it just cause issue between her and mom." Bayley said. "Well you really are someone special and thank you for making sure Becky was able to come to school here. Bayley go home to Sasha and work this out. When you talk about her your eyes still light up. Remember this is something new for her and she going to be protected of you. I have to go and I will see tomorrow at the game." Charlotte said getting up and heading out.

Charlotte decided to help Bayley out and see where Sasha really stood with their relationship. "Hello may I help you?" Carmella said. "I would like to talk to Sasha Banks please?" Charlotte asked. "Do you have an appointment?" Carmella asked. "No but I'm the daughter of the Mayor. My father wanted me to talk to Ms Banks about an charity event my father putting together." Charlotte said. "Well Ms Banks in a meeting and I'm not sure when it will end." Carmella said. Right at that moment Sasha walked out of conference room. Before Carmella was able to say anything to Sasha, Charlotte walked up to Sasha "Hello Ms Banks, I'm Charlotte Flair." Charlotte said sticking out her hand.

Sasha was surprised to see Charlotte here in her office. Sasha first thought was that something happened to Bayley. "Hello Ms Flair what can I do for you?" Sasha asked. "I would like to talk to you about an event coming up." Charlotte said. "Ok please follow me into my office. Sasha lead Charlotte into her office and closed the door. "Is Bayley ok? Did something happen to her?" Sasha said worried. "Nothing happen to Bayley she at the coffe shop working as we speak. Bayley is heartbroken and I would like to know where you stand with this relationship." Charlotte said.

Sasha didn't like Charlotte telling her Bayley is heartbroken over what happen. "What does it matter to you about me and Bayley relationship? Are you here to report back to Becky?" Sasha asked. "I'm here because Bayley is a special person and deserves to be happy. You make her happy and I know that because she never stop smiling when your name is mentioned. I want you to know that she would never leave you because you have her heart. I just want to know if Bayley worries are true?" Charlotte asked.

Sasha thought back to the fight and remember what Bayley said "sorry your ashamed of me." "I'm not ashamed of Bayley. I just didn't want her to come to the office because I didn't want to see people hitting on her. We decided not to tell anyone about are relationship because we didn't want people here thinking Bayley was getting special treatment. This morning my secretary was making moves on Bayley and all I could see was red. I let my jealousy take over and I could have lost her for good now." Sasha said sadly.

"Sasha, you haven't lost Bayley over this. Yes, she is hurt and feels like she not worthy of your love. Just an FYI Bayley doesn't always pickup when someone is hitting on her. Bayley for the past three years has just focused on her school work and basketball. Bayley never let herself fall for anyone until you came into her life. Bayley has a big heart and it belongs to you." Charlotte said as she got up to leave Sasha with that thought.
