Championship Game pt2

The Boston women team came out for their shot around and Bayley looked around the stands like she usually does. This time her eyes fell on Sasha and noticed Sasha wave at her. Bayley went to wave back when she realize who was sitting next to Sasha. Sasha could tell Bayley just went pale really fast. Bayley step off the floor for a minute. "Hey are you ok?" Coach Brain asked. "I just need a minute. You haven't seen my dad here have you?" Bayley asked. "No, I haven't seen him and the place is packed." Brain said. "Hey, can I talk to Bayley really quick. I promise it will help get her back in the game." Sasha said.

"Oh please be my guess. I need Bayley in the game." said Brain. "Is he here with my mom? Why is she here for?" Bayley asked. "Hey, take a deep breath my love. No he is not here and if he was I would have Braun take him out. Your mom and Becky mom wanted to watch you guys play in the big game. Now show all these people what they wanted to see and get that championship! I know you can do this my love." Sasha said. "Thank you Sasha for helping me calm down and tonight I will really thank you." Bayley said getting back on the court. "Thank you!" Brain said to Sasha. Sasha walked back to her seat by Braun and Bayley mom. "Is she ok? Is she mad that I'm here?" Lita asked.

"No she was more worried that your husband was here and started to have a panic attack." Sasha said. "Thank you for calming her down. I'm sure her thought went to her father. He was always hard on her when she played. I was always impressed that she was able to handle it but I know it's hard on her after what happened to her." Lita said. "I'm aware of what happened and I will do everything in my power to protect Bayley." Sasha said watching Lita light up. Sasha just hoped Bayley could push it to the back of her mind get through the game.

"Hello lady and Gentleman and welcome to NCAA women Championship game against Boston Unversity Vs NYU. We should be in for a great game between both teams. Here is NYU starting lineup for women team power forward Nikki Bella, small forward Brie Bella, center Nia Jaxx, shooting guard Nikki Cross and point guard Alex Bliss." The announcer said. The stadium was a mix of cheers and  boo's for NYU. Sasha could feel the excitement in the air. The announcer was getting ready to announce the Boston team and you could tell the fan were getting excited. "Wow this how they get for the women team?" Sasha asked Braun. "Oh ya, you haven't seen anything yet. Wait until team gets announced and they come to Bayley. You'll understand why people keep talking about her joining the WNBA." Braun said with a smile. Sasha noticed the band started to do a drum roll and the crowd was getting loader.

"Here we go lady and gentlemen what you have been waiting for, your national champion Boston own women basketball team." The announcer said. Sasha couldn't get over how excited everyone was getting for the women basketball team. "Here is the starting lineup for your Boston gals first up power forward the talented #11 Ruby Roitt! Next up just as talented as her partner in the backcourt # 1 Naomi! Now we have are talent center who knows how to protect the hoop # 24 Rhea Ripley! Ok crowd get loader for your shooting guard #23 Bianca Blair. Sasha noticed that everyone started stomping their feet and chanting Bayley name.

"Let hear it Boston, you all know we don't need her last name. Here is your captain, point guard and MVP number 8 Bayley." The announcer yelled. Sasha watched Bayley came out high-fiving her team mates and looked ready to play. Sasha cheered along with everyone else. "0k we are getting ready for the tip off it's Nia vs Rhea for the ball. Here we go fans Rhea tips the ball to Bayley. Bayley takes control of the ball and waits for team mates get in position. Bayley passes the ball to Ruby who tipped it in for the first 2 points of the game. Alexa put the ball into play to Nikki and was about to pass it back to Alexa when Bayley stole the ball and layer it up for another two points.

Nikki puts the ball in play to Alexa that kept an eye on Bayley as she crossed the center line before the referee counted to 5. Alexa passed the ball to Brie who tried to tip the ball in. But Rhea blocks the ball and passes it to Bianca. Bianca does a fast break and passes the ball to Bayley who lays it up for 2 more points. Alexa tried to throw the ball in to Cross but Bayley stole the ball and layer it for 2 more points. Boston defense is outstanding once again Rhea gets the rebound after Nikki Bella tried to get a shot off.

Rhea passes to Bayley who passed to Bianca who passed to Naomi who lays it up for two points. Once the score got high the coach for NYU calls a time out to get his girls back in line and calm down." The announcer said. Sasha could see why people love seeing Bayley play. Sasha just wished she had watched Bayley all year. "We are back Nikki throws the ball into Brie who passes it to Cross who shots the ball for two. Rhea throws the ball into Bayley who passes it to Bianca who passes it to Ruby who shots it out to Bayley. Bayley sets herself for a 3 point shot that goes in. The crowd goes crazy when Bayley it the three pointer. "Why is everyone excited for?" Sasha asked Braun. "Bayley is two 3 pointer away from tying a school record that hasn't even broke for 30 years." Braun said. Sasha thought to herself that she needed to ask Bayley about her achievements in basketball.

"Bayley fades back for another 3 point shot when she hit the face with her elbow by Nia. Everyone watches as the ball goes in and Bayley hits the floor. The crowd boos Nia for the hit and Bayley is awarded 3 free throws shots. Bayley has a chance for a 6 point with these free throws. Bayley was able to hit all three free throws as the 1st quarter comes to an end. Boston 30 vs NYU 12 points." The announcer said. Sasha was so impressed with Bayley playing and how she makes sure everyone gets to touch the ball was something to see.
