The past

Sasha had tears running down her face as Bayley told her story. Bayley took a deep breath and started up again. "One day I came home and my dad had been drinking. I was hoping to just walk passed him without him saying anything to me. But that wasn't going to be the case this time. He started yelling at me first and than he slapped me. I tried to fight back but it was no good. My mom tried stopping him but it just got worst. He kicked me in the face and broke my jaw. My mom tried to get my brother to stop him but my dad order him to hit me. Both of them took turns hitting me. My uncle came in and stopped both of them. But the damage to me was already done. I was barely holding on when I got to the hospital and fell into a coma." Bayley said.

Bayley sropped for a moment to catch her breath before continuing. "My mom and aunt were sitting in the room when I started coming around. They didn't know I was awake and I found out that my grandmother had left me everything. That was the last straw for my dad and he took it out on me. Like I told you Becky mom offered me a room so that I could finish high school. I was thankful to Becky mom but depression set in and I was having a hard time dealing with it. I was about to leave to come out here when my dad showed up drunk at Becky house and was going to hit Becky mom. But I pushed her out of the way and took another beating. Becky mom hit my dad with a bat and knocked in him out.

My mom paid off Becky mom so she wouldn't call the cops or tell anyone. Becky mom told my mom she wouldn't call if my dad got help. My mom agreed to checking my dad into a rehab center and got my brother help too." Bayley said. "How bad was the beating the second time?" Sasha asked. "My dad broke my jaw again and broke three ribs. I had a reaction to the medication and couldn't travel out this way. Becky was mad at her mom for not turning my dad in and taken the money. I blame myself for Becky and her mom relationship. Becky came back home to help me move out here. Because I didn't show up when I was supposed to, the school gave my room away. Like I said I tried getting a room here but I was denied. So I ended up finding that apartment I'm in. It wasn't bad at first but over time it wasn't safe to come home late." Bayley said.

Sasha reached up and wiped away Bayley tears. Sasha all so noticed that Bayley was shaking. "Babe look at me please." Sasha asked Bayley.  Bayley couldn't bring herself to look at Sasha. Bayley felt so broken and could feel depression setting in. "I'm sorry, let me clean up this mess." Bayley told Sasha. "Bayley please stop. You don't have to clean up. I pay someone to do it." Sasha told Bayley. "It's the less I could do for you letting me stay here." Bayley said. Sasha took Bayley by the hand and walked to the living room. Sasha had Bayley sit in front of the electric fireplace. "Now cross your legs like I'm doing and close your eyes. We are going to meditate together. So if your ready, take a deep breath in and than release. Focus on your breathing and clear your mind." Sasha told Bayley. Sasha watched as Bayley did as she was told.

Sasha noticed Bayley breathing slowed down and she stop shaking. After 10 minutes Bayley was calm and relaxed. "Bayley how are you feeling right now?" Sasha asked. "A lot calmer than before. Thank you."Bayley said. "That's good because that's means you don't need that medicine the doctor gave you. We will put this as part of are daily routine. If you like we can move to the coach and finish talking. I think we are done with your family for now. I would like to know about school and other things you would like to share with me." Sasha tells Bayley.

"I'm fine laying right here in front of the heater. I should buy one of these for my apartment. What else would you like to know?" Bayley asked nervously. "Don't be nervous my love, I just want to know the things you like. I know your the star basketball player and I would spend that amount of money on you again. Do you play video games, watch tv shows, workout or just lay around naked all day." Sasha asked playfully. "Well I don't lay around naked all day. I'm in school mostly all day and practice in the afternoons. If I have to travel I'm only gone a few days out of the week. You know I work at the coffee shop and I only wanted to work to fill dead time during the day.

I haven't committed to anyone since high school. I did go on a few dates that Charlotte set me up with but they didn't turn out good at all. So I gave up on the dating thing. You are the first one that got my attention and the one I want to be with. But I can't see someone like you wanting to be with someone like me that is broken. Ever time I'm around you I feel this pull and than we touch. That's whole different sensation that I've never felt with anyone before. I feel that we were made for each other and belong in each other lives." Bayley said as she grew quite.

Sasha knew how Bayley was feeling about that pull to one another and that sensation that runs through her body when she touches her. "Bayley I feel that same pull and sensation when you touch me. We kiss and I never want it to stop. This is all new to me but I don't want to lose you. I've never meet anyone like you. I like waking up next to you and you make me a better person. All you have to do is have faith in me and let me be with you. Your not like those others I dated. They were just fill in's until I found the one I was supposed to be with and that person is you. Your not broken, your a wonderful person that should be loved. I want to be the one that shows you how special you are."Sasha said as she moved closer to Bayley.

Sasha ran her hand up Bayley leg and rested her head on Bayley chest. "This is a big move for me and I'm scared. I know your worried but can you give us a chance?" Sasha asked. Bayley just closed her eyes before she answered Sasha question. "Yes we can try." Bayley said. Sasha knew it was going to be rough for a while but knew Bayley was the one she was waiting for all along. Sasha move up to kiss Bayley on the lips.

Bayley returned the kiss and pulled Sasha on top of her. "I want to show you how much I love you and care for you." Sasha said. Bayley looked at Sasha with surprise look "You love me?" Bayley asked. "Yes, I fell in love with you the day I seen you at the coffee shop." Sasha said. "I love you too and I felt the same when I meet you. Sasha will be my girl friend? Can we still hold off until we go on a first date? I know it's lame but I still want to go on official date with you." Bayley asked. "Yes I will be your girl friend. Your making it really hard not to rip off your clothes and have sex with you right now. But you are worth the wait and what's a few more days." Sasha said.
