Quick A/N: Faelyn and her people speak many languages, but they prefer to only use their native tongue. Their language is called Obdosa. Instead of creating an entire language, I will write what they are saying in English(I'll be calling it Common in this Story) and it will be italicized. So, for example:

"Apple." That is Common(What mostly everyone speaks.)

"Apple." That is Obdosa(What the Lunarian Moon Elves speak.)

There are also certain languages for spells. They will not be written in English, but they will also be italicized. For Example:

"Poma!"

That means "apple" if you were wondering. At the end of the chapter, there will be translations for the spells. Some may be one worded spells, others will be longer. However, if you can't wait until the end of the chapter(I understand, I'm an impatient little munchkin), then the language I use the most for spell is Catalan. If I use other languages for spells, I will tell you before the chapter begins(Feel free to roast me if I forget to mention it or if I forget the translations at the end. I'd deserve that.)
There will be a few other languages that will be represented in other ways, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there. Now, off to Chapter One: The Stranger!

~Magical Light

Faelyn

Once again, I strayed away from my tribe. My father, the chief, has a tendency to be extremely...overprotective. I understand. He lost my mother, he wouldn't be able to handle losing me as well. Still, I am not weak. We are a warrior tribe, I can handle myself. Besides, my magic is unparalleled. Anyone who would attack me would be consequently digging their own grave.

The moon was rising, allowing me to draw my power from it. I stayed in the trees to stay out of anyone's sights. I'm powerful, not stupid. I don't want to be tracked or followed.

The bioluminescent plants gave the forest life. Creatures danced about. This is what I sneak out for. The peace and livelihood of the forest gives me happiness. I feel...at peace.

Suddenly, I heard a commotion and it's headed this way. My pointed ears focused on the sound in the distance. It seems like a group of people are headed this way and fast. I used my magic to make myself blind in and moved to the ground.

"Don't lose sight of him!" A man exclaimed.

So, someone is being chased. I need to do something. They're headed straight towards my tribe. Plus, they're speaking Common. They have to be humans. After what happened to my mother, the elves in my tribe don't trust humans.

"We can't have him get back to the rebels!" Another man yelled.

Rebels? There must be a war going on. I wonder what sparked it. Either way, it's none of my business.

Suddenly, a man dived into the bush beside me. He looked at me with wide dark eyes. Before I could say anything, he held a hand over my mouth and pinned me against his body. I should beat him senseless. I don't know if he's a threat and because of him, my tribe could be discovered. He watched as a group of men raced by. Those must be his pursuers. Still, they're too close to my tribe. Blue moon patterns lit up my arms and legs. My eyes gave off an ominous blue glow. I elbowed the man restraining me and jumped out of the bush. With a surge of power, I blasted moon energy at the group of men, effectively gaining their attention. They turned to face me, scowls on their faces. With them facing me, I created a wall of thorny vines, cutting off the passage way.
