Hey everyone, it's been far too long. This was originally supposed to be a six-chapter update but it had to be shortened by two chapters.

Thank you darling for contacting me

I hope you all enjoy it, I'll see if I can get another three or four tomorrow.

It was at this moment...

Yoo Sangah shouted. "Dokja-ssi! Behind you!" Dokja leaned forward as I kicked the bloody monster in the stomach, sending it crashing into three other ones. They fell on their backs only to slowly get up again. I grabbed a random metal pipe on the ground and wacked another one across the head.

I looked around the bridge, panic in my eyes but behind it a strange calmness. A bloody fist flew through the air, aiming towards Dokja. It was a familiar fist covered with energy. I tugged on its other arm, ripping it out with an oddly satisfying sound before throwing it away and wacked its head off its neck.

I didn't need to look at it properly to see what type of creature it was.

A Grade 9 human type, demonic person. Human mutants infected with black ether. They covered the entire bridge, like ants and kept getting back up like cockroaches.

That's why they were classified as a high-risk species, despite only being a Grade 9. Demonic people made from a normal human base were no different than zombies, however, it was particularly dangerous if their host was different.

"Keuuuuugh!"

One of the creatures latched onto my left arm, its blackened fingernails cracking as they attempted to sink into my skin. Another one latched onto my thigh, its jaw cracking in an attempt to take a bite out of me.

I snorted, a red gleam in my eyes as I bashed the head of the demonic creature against my thigh with the pipe, its head exploding in a beautiful mess of red. With my free arm, I grabbed the neck of the demonic creature against my arm and clenched my fist, its head exploding like a balloon, wet red splattering everywhere.

I spat in disgust, wiping at the blood against my eyes before turning my attention towards Dokja who was struggling against a demonic creature wearing a uniform similar to Namwoon's. I realized that it would've been Kim Namwoon if it hadn't been for me.

"Keuuuugh!" The creature vocalized, its vocal cords bursting in a weird shape. The creature scratched Dokja's thigh. The skin that hadn't been penetrated by a knife was easily penetrated by the blackened fingernails.

I readied the pipe and swung at the demonic person's back, a loud crack sounding as its spine broke.

It groaned in pain, unable to get up as I stood with one leg on its back and crushed its head with the pipe, blood exploding everywhere.

"Thanks." He muttered, pain visible on his face as he held his thigh. I nodded, shooting him a concerned look. "I'm fine."

"Yoo Sangah-ssi, immediately-" He started only to be interrupted by Yoo Sangah herself. We looked back to see what was going on.

"Let me go! Let go-! Dokja-ssi! Ha-Neul-ssi!" Han Myungoh, who had been limping, was carrying Yoo Sangah over one shoulder and moving across the bridge made of light at an astonishing speed.

That was a bit annoying.
