Everything seemed normal in young soon-to-be Pokémon trainer Brian's life. School, two parents and a sister, homemade meals, everything was normal.
Unlike his two neighbors who started their journeys at 10 years old, Brian's parents didn't want him or his sister setting out until they both were at least 13; teenagers.
Brian and his sister, Stephanie (or, as Brian calls her, Steph), were very close with a seemingly unbreakable bond. They were family and stuck by each other. Soon they would go on a journey and explore the Unova Reigon together. But Brian's journey has unexpectedly began early and he is missing something crucial; his sister.
