The End

"He's out of time," Daisy argued.

"There has to be another way," Mack countered.

"I'm telling you, the implant only contains enough for one dose," Jemma said. "Either it's medicine or a weapon."

"Why are we still discussing this?! The scales have tipped toward the obvious side," I argued.

"This isn't numbers, it's Coulson," Daisy shouted.

"And Coulson didn't want this. How many times do we have to make that clear?" I questioned. "I know it's terrible. I can't stand seeing him like this. But this? This is the moment--"

"This is the exact circumstance that she warned us about," Fitz added.

"We're all aware," May sighed.

"We can still change the outcome," I finished.

"The Odium mixture won't work if it can't penetrate Talbot's skin," Daisy countered.

"Bullets can't get close to him," Jemma added. "No one can touch him, not even you, Asya."

"There's no way to get the poison in his body," Daisy said.

"What if he absorbed someone?" Fitz asked. "Oh, don't look at me like that. I-It's hypothetical."

"Exactly. All we need to do is put it in the right hands, and that maniac will take the bait," I said firmly.

"So who'd you have in mind? You?" Mack questioned.

"It'd be one of the better choices, yeah," I said.

"Now you wanna sacrifice yourself, too?" he asked.

"I'm willing to. We all should be," I defended.

"We know Coulson would," Jemma added.

"And if doesn't work? He would've died for nothing," May snapped.

"Better than leaving the world in pieces," I snarled.

"Robin said Coulson could put the pieces together. She thinks that he's the key to solving all of this," Daisy said.

"She speaks in shattered riddles. You're hearing what you want to hear," I snapped.

"What could Coulson do?" Fitz questioned.

"He would never give up on Talbot, and he wouldn't see him as a maniac. He would see him as a man, as a broken man. Coulson's the only one that can talk him through this. That's what he does," Daisy said firmly.

"Put him back together," May muttered.

"I'm sorry. We save lives. I have to make this call. Fitz-Simmons, get ready to--" I tied a string of air around the needle, pulling it into my hand. "Asya..."

"You're making me do this. I-I can't let you use it for that," I said, slightly nervous.

"Put it down," Mack said firmly.

"Okay. Let's stay calm," Fitz said.

"You're turning me into the villain. I'm not. You just don't want him to die," I said.

"Put it down," Daisy ordered.

"I don't want him to die, either, but...he's just one man," Daisy started coming towards me, and I backed up.

"No, no! None of that," Mack said, stopping her before coming toward me. "Think about what you're doing here."

"You won't listen! I'm living in a nightmare, and I'm screaming at the top of my lungs, but none of you can hear me!"
