A car pulled up and 3 girls stepped out. They were all wearing matching red dresses with matching red masks and heels. Aaron pulled away from and wiped his tears pushing me onto the floor.

"Hey Aaron," they said.

"Hey ladies," he replied

"Why were you hugging her," one of them asked.

"She was hugging me I would never hug her," he said. I shot him a withered look and he gave me an apologetic one back. Forget it I thought, this guy is a jerk that's all he will ever be.

"Let's go in," he said as he reached his hand out to me. I gave him a look and walked right passed him inside the building . I looked over my shoulder to see him awkwardly put his hand in his pocket and walk in. I smiled, one point to me I thought.

The place was really nice. There was tables lining the right side, containing the biggest buffet I had ever seen. On the left side was a stage with a karaoke machine and flashy lights. That was going to be soo much fun. In the middle there was the dance floor. Wow it looked so amazing, breathtaking. Aaron must of seen me gawping because he said "I see you like the party room Maddi." he smiled. I looked at him with the kind of face that read 'We are not friends and I hate you'. He was obviously to dumb to get the message so I said " One you do NOT call me Maddi that is for friends onl-"

"Aren't I your friend?" Aaron Smirked.

"What do you think!" I replied. His smirk immediately fell. "Continuing on," I said now smirking "Two I thought this was a masquerade, your not meant to know who is who." We stood there in silence. "Why are you so quiet?" He asked.

"No one plans a murder out loud." I replied as I walked off leaving him there. Thinking about it now I really shouldn't have said that. It made me really suspicious in later events. I messed that up for myself though. I couldn't blame Aaron for that.
