Serena's P.O.V.
For the next few days, I had been busting my ass trying to get ready for this tour. And with the constant trips to the recording studio and hours I spent in the hotel room practicing, it was safe to say I was dead dog tired by the end of each day. One morning, I woke up at about 4:00 in the morning and logged onto my laptop to do some editing. I was trying not to wake up Aidan. But a few minutes into my work, he woke up.
"Serena? What are you doing?" He asked, groaning as his eyes tried to adjust to the bright lights of my laptop. "Working on the audios and making sure they're perfect," I whispered as not to wake up Mom and Dad across the hall. I felt him shift in the bed and lay his head on my arm as if he was about to fall asleep on me, but he wasn't. As I continued to work, I felt him lightly tug on my arm, telling me to go back to sleep. "I can't, Aidan. Not with this concert coming up," I protested.
"Baby, I know there's a lot to do, but you should at least get some sleep. You owe it to yourself," He whispered. I continued to look at the screen, listening to the recording play through my earbuds. Suddenly, one of them fell out, but when I looked down to find it, it turned out that Aidan had taken it out of my ear. "Come on, let's get some sleep," He smiled, meeting my eyes. It was usually impossible for people to pull me away from my work, but the moment Aidan flashed his charming smile, I almost immediately gave in, knowing that he was right.
I set the laptop on the nearby desk, crawling back into bed with my boyfriend as he wrapped his arms around me. "God, I am going to miss your cuddles," He whispered as he gently kissed my cheek. "Aidan, it's only for two weeks. It's not like I'm moving away," I chuckled before planting a kiss on his nose. For a while, we talked until I felt my eyes begin to grow heavy, and I gave into slumber with Aidan softly singing I Love You.
The next morning, Aidan and I headed to the studio, and on the way there, I decided that it was time to reveal to T.J. that I wanted her to go on tour with me. Inviting Dante and Blake had crossed my mind a few times, but T.J was the one who I was the closest to out of all of them. As I get set up in the trailer, I mentally prepare myself for T.J's reaction, having no doubt that she would flip out in the best of ways.
"Good luck on telling her. Let me know how it turns out," Aidan kissed me before walking out. I texted T.J, making sure that she was at the studio, and sure enough, she was.
T.J.
Serena: Hey girl, you happen to be at the studio today?
T.J: Yeah, why?
Serena: I've got a little surprise for you!
T.J: Oh my god, really? What is it?
Serena: If I told you, it wouldn't be a surprise now, would it?
T.J: Guess not, I'll be there in a few!
My heart began to race as the minutes ticked by, and soon I heard the sound of the trailer door open, making me jump out of my seat and watch T.J. walk in, wearing her Young Vanya costume. "Is this a bad time? We can talk about it later if you have to go on set," I asked. She shook her head, assuring me that she wouldn't have to go on for a while. "So, what is the surprise?"
I took a deep breath, slowly letting it out, arranging the words in my head before they came out like word vomit. "I want to take you on tour with me!" I smiled. T.J's jaw dropped, and she started squealing like a little girl. "Are you serious?" She asked, her hands flying to her mouth. I nodded, assuring her I was, and without warning, she flew into my arms, tackling me to the ground. "Thank you so much! I've wanted to go on tour with you ever since we met!" She giggled.
"Your welcome! Your one of my best friends. Of course, I want you there with me!" I smiled as we both got off the floor. She then started apologizing for tackling me, but I assured her it was fine. "I just have to check with Steve and see if he needs me during that time! I'll be right back!" She explained before running out. As I waited for her to get back, I started texting Vanessa and Ethan, hoping that we could talk for a little while when they were on their lunch break.

Serena: Hey guys! 🙋♀️
Vanessa: Hey girl! Hear about your tour! So happy for you!
Ethan: Yeah, so happy for you!
Serena: Aww, thanks, guys! I wish you could be there! 💖
Vanessa: Us too, but I'm sure you'll find someone to keep you company, maybe Aidy?
Serena: Wish he could come, but he can't.
They're going to be working him hard those two weeks.
Ethan: Bummer.
Serena: Yeah. 😟
Vanessa: But still, I hope you find someone to keep you company!
Serena: Actually, I have.
Vanessa: REALLY? WHO?
Serena: I asked T.J not too long ago if she wants to go with me! She's checking with Steve right now. Fingers crossed she can come!
Vanessa: Oh my god, I'm going to faint!
Ethan: Fingers crossed for you!
Serena: I think I hear her coming back. I got to go! Love you! 😘
Vanessa: Love you too!
Ethan: Love you too!
The trailer door opened once again, revealing to be T.J. with a smile on her face. The door opened once again, and I saw Aidan trail right behind her. "So, what did he say?" I asked. T.J. looked over at Aidan before looking back at me.
"I'm going on tour with you!" She shouted.
