Chapter 2

I yawned and rubbed my eyes getting up. Walking to the sink I saw my hair was black. Getting my basic stuff done I got dressed and walked out. Peeking around the corner I saw Headmaster and smiled.

"Good morning Headmaster!" I said as he turned and smiled

"Oh good morning Mizuki! Come we can make breakfast together!" I nodded and ran after him

"Sure I'm happy I get to help!"

"All done!! Zuki can you go wake Zero?" I nodded

"Sure I'll be right back" I put the apron on the counter and walked out making my way to my room then remembered he said down the hall. Walking to his door I knocked

"Zero, Headmaster was asking for you for breakfast" the door opened as he came out

"Okay" I turned and started to walk back

"Hey.." I felt something as I stopped his arm and flipped him to the ground without noticing till after

"Oh...sorry..." he got up dusting himself off

"No I knew if I was right, that that would happen" he said plainly as I looked down and walked again not letting him affect me

I got up and grabbed all the dishes as Headmaster stopped me.

"Zuki-"

"Her names Mizuki, unless you prefer her surname Tsuki" Zero said through his teeth

"What's your problem Zero? Zuki reminds me of..."

"Exactly!" he stood up and stormed out

"What a strange guy....."

"Don't worry about him, he's just...." he sighed before taking the tray from me

"I'd like to ask....why does he dislike your daughter?" he frowned

"I'd like to know why exactly as well...I'm guessing it could be because of his feelings towards her..." I nodded

"Understood, I'll help you the dishes" he smiled

"Thank you"

"Of course it's the least I could do to offer my helpings, for your hospitality" he shook his head

"Its nothing, after Zero adjusts to you I'm sure you'll see what great you'll do" I smiled as it faded quickly

"Well I'll see you later!"I said before exiting and went straight to my room. I sighed throwing myself on the bed before me. The phone rang as I jumped and walked over to it
(Convo)
"H..hello?" I said completely freaked out
"Assassin Tsuki Mizuki" My head throbbed and I held it. I got up dusting myself off
"Wakahisa Raiden?" I heard a chuckle
"At least you got those memories back..are free tomorrow?"I smirked
"Sure what are the details?"

I went outside as I heard something. A growl was heard behind me as I turned quickly ready to fight.
"You smell nice" I freaked out not fully to my senses just yet as I was grabbed and knocked out

Zero's POV
God damn where is this girl?... I walked over to her room seeing she wasn't there. Sighing I was worried and actually felt odd. I heard someone as I ran downstairs.
My eyes widened as I saw who stood before me.
"Kaname Kuran..." I said through my teeth

"Zero Kiryu glad to see you have missed my presence, Yuki he's in here" she walked beside him and gave me a look

"Where is she? Where is Mizuki?" I looked away

"I don't have a clue I've been looking for her" she gasped as I let out a breath walking past them. Running into the forest I smelt her blood as I ran seeing her on the ground with a level E hovering over her. He was humming as she lightly groaned in her sleep. I pushed him off as he stared at me bloodlust seen clearly in his eyes.
"Lea..ve m..e and Mi...Zuki...alo..ne" he said as I hit him pulling out my gun
"Step away from her!" I said as he smirked laughing
"S.he...bro..ke..me...my...h..eart..she'll...bre...ak...y...ou...to..o" I shook my head and shot him. Mizuki made a sound as I picked her up.
"Z..Zero?" I hid my smile
"Yeah?"
"T..thanks" her head slowly fell on my chest as I walked with her to the infirmary. I laid her down and put the blanket over her. Moving the hair from her face I heard a knock and turned around.
"Mizuki!!" Yuki yelled and ran to her opposite of me
"A....who are you?" Mizuki said
"That hurts Mizuki" she said frowning as I rolled my eyes and looked at Mizuki
"Kana...me?" Mizuki said wide eyed as he smiled
"Hi Mizuki you look well" Mizuki's hair went red as he chuckled
"Calm down I'm not going to do anything...right now" she glared at him as I looked at them both
"You two need to leave" they shook their heads
"No we're not leaving you with Mizuki" Yuki said with anger laced in her words I rolled my eyes and glared at her
"You don't belong here anymore" the rooms atmosphere shifted as Mizuki's hair went a mint color
"Guys...please....stop..." she passed out and I picked her up
"I'm taking her to her room, you two should go speak with Headmaster Cross" I said officially pissed off
"Fine then, but you better not bite her"
Kaname whispered the last part to me as I stormed out. Mizuki cuddled up to my chest as I smiled. We made it to her room as a delicious smell filled the room. I hadn't realized it while we were walking here but...now it's all around me. I looked down at Mizuki and realized it was her. Her..blood...it smells so....no..
.no..your not going to. I held my nose as she gripped onto my shirt.
"N..no please don't leave me..." she said tears filling her eyes as they fell
"Tsuki..."
"Please call me by my first name..." I frowned I have only called her Mizuki in my mind...not outloud...
"I.." she frowned and her gripped loosened
"N..nevermind...I'm sorry..." her tears fell as I picked her up and embraced her. Trying to resist she pulled away an arms length.
"Thank you" I nodded as she smiled and yawned cutely
Mizuki's POV
"Good night Tsuki" I smiled
"Good night Kiryu" he frowned as I smiled
"Till you can call me by my real name and not my surname. When your comfortable around me....I won't continue to make you feel uncomfortable. I'll call you by your surname properly...Kiryu" I said with the biggest smile and he nodded
"Okay...Tsuki I'll see you tomorrow" his words were cold but I still heard emotion. I know what it's like...to be so hurt....firsthand....I got up and changed into my night clothes. Brushing my teeth and hair Kaname's face popped into my head. I shivered in discomfort as I looked at my reflection. Its been a while...yet I still remember that...day...Yuki.....
Kaname...Zero..
