Chapter 6

Mizuki's POV
"Oh dear I knew you'd pass all the tests but in a few hours...now that's amazing..." the tall guy stood before me coming closer and closer
"Uh...um..." I backed up as he came behind me so fast that I couldn't see him move. His hands softly touched my neck sending chills up my spine.
I have to kill him... I have to.
"Why...why am I here?" I said as steady as I could
"Well Mizuki isn't that clear...? I love you, and I wanted you to prove yourself with the course I made for you" rage ran through me more than ever
"You what!? My brothers could've died! They're only 7!!" I said pushing him away as he hissed
"I did it for us! There's no way your mortal! I know that now, I'll prove it! I'm a vampire I can make you one too! We can spend eternity with each other!" he came at me as I was trying to make myself move but I'm paralyzed. His fangs touched my neck as I closed my eyes. I'm so sorry.... Akihiko...Isamu...I love you both. Mom...dad....I love you..so much....

A sticky red substance went everwhere as my eyes widened. A man stood there with bloody hands and the vampire was on the ground..dead. He's dead. I looked up to the man who saved me as he smiled bowing down.
"Let's get out of here?" he helped me up as I shook my head
"No I need to get my brothers..."he frowned
"There's no one else alive here" I frowned and tears fell
"No! They promsied they'd wait here till the timer goes off! It hasn't been 40 minutes yet! They're here! They're here!" I yelled and broke down as he gave me a serious look
"Will you believe me if I show you around here? We can check" I nodded as he did back
"Okay just promise me to stay behind me" I nodded
"Okay..." I did as he said and stayed quietly behind him. We walked all around as we stopped at the room they were supposed to be in. I fell on my knees at what I saw. Akihiko...Isamu....No!
I held.my face in my hands not wanting to look any longer.
"Is that them?" he said in a hushed whisper and I started cried harder though I made no sound. The silence around us sat on me like a weight as his arms went around me that lifted. I cried into his chest as he picked me up and carried me out.
"Where's your home?" I looked up at him
"Thanks...but I can...go on my own I don't want to take an advantage of your kindness..."he smiled and put me down
"I'm Kaname Kuran by the way"he said holding out his hand for me to shake. I shook his hand and gave a weak smile
"I'm Mizuki Tsuki, it was nice to meet you Kuran, thank you for everything...really" he nodded
"You be careful okay?" I nodded as he patted my head
"Okay bye"I Said turning on my heel and he waved me goodbye. Walking to my house which is 10 minutes away.
How do I even tell them....that...
I let tears fall as my vision got blurry but I saw my front door as I luckily found my key in my pocket. When I went to unlock it the door opened on it's own. I looked down the white hallway as I turned left. Jumping back I hit the wall with my back.
'You'll be mine one day dear, only mine.'
Was written in my parents blood in their room. My mom and dad are holding hands though...they're gone. I slid down and held my knees to my chest. This time I cried and I didn't stop. Arms went around me as I looked up seeing the man from earlier
"Hi...sir.."I said sniffling he kissed my forehead
"I'm only 15 I'm not old" I looked into his eyes
"But your so gentle...my father taught me a man is gentle and a boy is..." he smiled
"He was wise but...just because I'm a boy doesn't mean I'm not gentle" he softly touched my cheek as he held my hand
"Let me get you out of here"
It was all your fault!

I jumped up as I felt fresh tears running down my face. Looking out the sunlit window I sighed. It's been a week since I've been here and that nightmare is becoming more real since the first time I dreamt it. What does this dream even mean? I sighed and went to the bathroom. I'll take a shower and then breakfast...yeah

After eating my pancakes I thanked his chef and walked out to my room. Grabbing my sketchbook I sat on the window pane thats cushioned with white fluffiness. I put one big pillow behind me and leaned back. What to draw....

(Convo)
"I said get out of there your job shoupd be closer to being done with. Your two weeks limit only has 5 more days. And you haven't been using Zero, he could help you with a lot."
"..Wakahisa.."
"No Tsuki you have to or at least get your first kiss then I'll let it pass"
"But..there's only..."
"I want a full report of your progess by the end of your 5 days"
"Y..yes sir"
"Good Tsuki, you've always been my best assassin. Keep it up"
I looked down at my drawings and watched a tear fall. I've never told anyone but...I've always wanted my first kiss to be special. To go to someone who I care for and someone who cares about me. But...
I wiped my tears away as I looked to my closet.
I could go do the job and get it over with... Walking over there I remembered his instructions.
'You have to lure him, deceive him, and you'll have him around your pretty little finger'
Lure him? Sighing I slipped into the beautiful purple dress and walked to my window. Guess it's time to break some rules.... I jumped out the window and landed. Getting up I dusted myself off and made my way into the woods. Seeing the gate I groaned but went backwards and gracefully jumped over. I fixed my hair and walked on. My ring lit up a laser beam showing where I need to go. It led me to a beautiful mansion, and I looked around.
"Target in upstairs bedroom west wing, asleep."
I nodded at mt rings locator
"Thanks Eve"
"My pleasure"
I went on the vines on the side of his mansion, and balanced myself enough jumping on his balcony. Singing gently I pushed his door open softly with ease and his eyes slowly opened. I smiled at him and his eyes widened.
"Hello I love you" I said as those words stung the most I've ever felt it. He smiled and nodded as my eyes glowed. I freaked but decided to stay calm till it's all done. Walking to him his arms wrapped around me and I wrapped mind around his neck. I kissed his cheek and brought out my battle knifes. I've almost got him.
I closed my eyes and stabbed the knife into him. The trance stopped and he groaned out in pain as he fell on the floor before me.
You have to pay back your debt in working for me.
My employers words from so long ago rang in my mind. I let tears fall and I put my hand on the bleeding man before me.
"Angels protect
Stars shine
Yet now you feel

Leave this cruel world" I said as he smiled
"Thank you" he said his voice raspy
"What's your name?" I asked as he smiled again faintly
"Subaru....H.." his eyes closed and the air shifted. My hair turned a light gentle violet as I got up. Guilt ran through me as I walked out of his room. Jumping from the balcony I landed as a cut was on my wrist. What? I looked on the ground and saw a clear bandage shining from the moonlight. Picking it up I realized it was on me. Did I have a cut this whole time?? I ran a finger slightly over it but cringed in pain. Ow...when did this happen...the cuts so deep. I heard something as I was pinned to the wall of the house.
"You disobeyed me Luna" my eyes widened as his lips made contact with my neck
"Kaname.."
"Was it a job Luna?" he placed another gentle kiss on my neck as I hit his chest but he didn't move.
"Yes..I'm sorry" he stopped
"Luna..." his eyes went red as I realized the cut was bleeding out
"Kaname..don't.." he held my arm with one of his hands and his other on my side
"Don't!" I tried to yell but fear washed over me. The one person one came to mind...Zero!
I let warm tears fall as he was coming closer. He was suddenly pulled away and my one person was the one throwing him. Kaname hit a tree and Zero looked at me. He looked mad yet worry and sadness was in his eyes.
"Zero...I'm so sorry..." he came close to me
"Sorry isn't enough right now" his arm went around my waist and his hand caressed my face. I gently put my hand more into his hand as he came closer to me as his lips touched mine. Sparks went around me and I have the weirdest feeling in my stomach. My first..my first kiss.
He pulled away and his eyes sparkled.
"Come on Headmaster is worried" I nodded as he looked at me
"May I hold your hand?" I nodded and felt my cheeks heat up as he led me back home my new home. I looked down at our hands and saw the blood was still streaming down.
"Wait." I stopped walking as the moonlight seemed to increase
"Zero..I want you..." he looked at me confused as I held my left wrist up to him.
"Please...stop it..." his eyes widened
"Mizuki.."
"Please Zero...I'm sure you need it to and I don't want to keep losing more." he frowned but I pulled him closer looking into his eyes
"You'll see me as a monster" I placed my hand gently on his cheek
"Never, Zero" his eyes went red as he held my wrist gently as he did what I told him to. I closed my eyes and told myself he'd never hurt me...it's going to be okay. A vision of the once emotionless girl after my families death flashed through my mind. But that's changed...I have emotions now... Things affect me...

I laid down with Zero as he said he was too afraid to leave me alone. Settling myself more on his chest I smiled remembering my first kiss with him...
I wonder if it was his first too.
