Zero's POV
I sat beside on my couch in my separate apartment I've had for a while when I work on certain "special jobs". Her being hurt kept replaying in my mind as I looked over to my bedroom she's in. She's not breathing but my trusted friend said she's alive.

I put my face in my hands as I ask myself the same question I've been asking myself for the past 2 days. What was she doing there?

She had a sword and they seemed to be scared of her when they were trying to sneak behind her. But why..

A knock on my door shook me from my thoughts as I walked over opening the door. Kaname?

My hand slightly tightened as I looked at him.

"What do you want?" I said not trying to hide my irritation.

"Well hello to you as well, I can't find my Luna and I have a feeling you know exactly where I could find her." He said giving me a sharp look.

"She's not yours.." Should I...no.. "And I don't know where she is" I stated as he smirked

"Oh really? Who's blood is that I smell in the other room. Even you should know how unique hers is." I froze - the one time I choose to lie.

"She's..." He walked past me as he went straight to where she was. I quickly followed him as I stood in the doorway.

He caressed her face as he started talking to her.

"My beautiful Luna...I told you helping people comes with a price." He whispered something else but I couldn't make it out. Before he stood up he placed a kiss on her forehead as he stayed there. My fist tightened as I realized what I wanted. Him away from her.

Plain and simple yet I know if I hurt him even she wouldn't forgive me for hurting him. He finally stood up as he gently held a strand of her still light purple hair. As he walked away he let it softly fall like a feather as he looked at me.

"Why are you looking at me so cold?" (Pic of Zero in the media pic is what he looks like) He said sounding amused.

"I'm not. I'm just thinking when you were planning to leave." He nodded at me.

"Understandable, I know of your feelings toward her." He said as he walked to my side. Me facing her and him facing the living room side by side.

"But how long will that be able to exist, I wonder?" He finished as he walked out and closed my front door behind him.

My hands loosened but my heart tightened. I walked toward her as I held her hand sitting on the bed by her side. Light breathing sounds suddenly filled the room as I felt my stomach feel uneasy of what that meant.

"Mizuki..."

I got no reply but I saw she was now breathing. A large part of me felt relived as I kissed her hand walking to the living room. Just in case she wakes up I should clean and try to make her a cake.
