Chapter 19

CHAPTER 19:

We arrived at the electronics store and started to go around looking for a good phone. "I said I don't need a new phone." Kenma said, stuffing his hands in his pockets and scoffing. "Oh, c'mon, you do." I said, pointing at a phone. "How's that one?" "Sure." Kenma said after looking at the price tag. We bought it and I could tell Kenma was happy that I took the time and money to buy him a new one. "Thanks." Kenma said, as I handed it over to him. "No problem! Anything for my 'lil pudding head." I said, smiling and giving him a peace sign.

We walked back to my place and Kenma immediately started setting it up. I smiled and watched him, helping him from time to time. I yawned. "Jeez, we did nothing today and I'm already tired." I said, rubbing my eyes. I was absently staring outside, putting my arm on the windowsill and my head rested in my hand. A cute little couple walked past. Hm, they look about my age. I thought, watching them walk. They stopped and had a long kiss, hugging each other. The boy was blonde and the girl was... wait, why does she look familiar? Hold on... that's- THAT'S MIO! I thought, sitting up and studying the girl. Yep, definitely Mio. "Hey Kenma! Look." I called to him and pointed to Mio.

"She- she's cheating-?" Kenma said in disbelief "Yeah, I'm guessing so." I said, thinking whether we should tell him or not. "Take a photo! We can go show it to Kuroo that way." I said, snatching Kenma's new phone and snapping a pic of them. "Should I send it to Kuroo?" Kenma asked me. "Hm, up to you. We can tell him in person or you can message him. Same thing, really." I said, looking at the photo I took, making sure you could see Mio's face clearly. "Yeah, send it to him." I said, making up my mind and handing back Kenma's phone.

KUROO'S POV

I decided to take a day off today, because why not? I made sure there were no tests happening today and plus, me and Mio have plans for today. When I woke up, Mio wasn't in the house, she left a note for me on the table. "Sorry, Tetsu, but I'll be gone for a while today. I know we had plans, but this is urgent. Sorry again. See you soon! I love you!" Read the note. I sighed. "Well, that's a bummer." I said, sitting down on the couch and picking up my phone. "Hey, honey? When are you gonna be back?" I asked Mio once she picked up. "Sorry, but this is going to take a while." She said in an urgent voice. "Yeah, okay. Just try to come back soon." I said, hanging up. I sighed and turned on the TV. "Today's gonna be a boring day..." I murmured, looking through my photos.

"Now that I think of it... I haven't seen (F/N) and Kenma in a while." I said, yawning and stretching. I should go visit them. I thought, going upstairs to change. But then, what if Mio comes back and I'm gone? I thought, debating whether or not to go see (F/N) and Kenma while holding my pants, about to put them on. Nah, I'll see them at school tomorrow. Plus, Mio probably doesn't like it when I hang out with (F/N). I thought, satisfied.

I went back downstairs and made myself some instant noodles for a little snack. Tasty as always. I thought with delight. I kept scrolling through my photos just to keep myself occupied. Most of them were me and Mio going out on dates. We're progressing quite slowly, I have to say. All we've done is have some fun with each other. I thought, sweat dropping and chuckling a bit.

MIO'S POV

I'll be blunt. Having two boyfriends is hella difficult. Don't get me wrong, I "like" Tetsu. Hell, I actually used to love him. Y'know, it's hard to pick which boy to have, there's a whole world out there with perfect people that could be mine! You probably think I'm crazy. Like hell I am! But c'mon, let's be realistic, (F/N) pales in comparison to me, don't you agree? Of course you do! I bet you even love me. Don't worry though, my heart still has lots of love to give out.

Oh, but you don't know who my other boyfriend is yet, right? Want me to fill you in? Sure, gladly! So, you already know who my first one is, my lovely Tetsu.~ To be honest, he isn't half bad for my taste. He's the nicest one I've had so far, the only one that actually wanted to make a living with me. Of course with my good looks, I could take anyone's heart, but I tend to choose boys that have close relationships with some other girl. The only reason why I have Tetsu as my "boyfriend" is so I can destroy his relationship with (F/N) and that other boy. I have a plan in motion.

When I woke up, it was very early in the morning. About 5 or 6am? I called Nick, my other boyfriend. "Hey, I'll be there in a bit." I said while writing a note to Tetsu. I came up with a bunch of valid excuses just in case Tetsu asks me where I've been. Anyway, I met Nick at his house and made myself at home. "Okay, now you're here, what's the plan?" Nick asked, eager to know. See, me and Nick have the same goal in general. We both want to destroy relationships. Don't ask why, we just do. Maybe it's just fun or something, I honestly don't know. "Alrighty." I said, telling him the plan.
