Santana Lopierce, point of view

"My name is Alicia, I'm a paramedic from St. Eleanor's Hospital. We need to get you to the ambulance." The young female paramedic said running to the side of the car. "Wait who is everyone?"

"This is Brittany Lopierce, I'm her wife Santana Lopierce, that's Rachel Berry, her wife Quinn Berry and our two kids Nicholas and Juliet. What's going on? Is she okay?" I stuttered, kneeling in the drivers seat.

"I'm not sure yet, we need to get her into the ambulance and off to hospital" she's said

After loading a screaming Brittany into the ambulance, we all piled into my car and drove behind the ambulance as it was speeding down the motorway.

"Mami my belt is broken!" Junie screamed out over the complete commotion in the car

I turned back around to look behind me. Rachel was jammed between two car seats trying to keep the confused twins from crying, Quinn was sat in the wet blood soaked passenger seat where Brittany was sat talking desperately to mr Schuester and Emma down the phone, and I was concentrating on getting to the hospital as quickly as I could.

I almost skidded into the car park, as we all leapt out of the car.

I had Nicky balanced on one hip, Quinn had June on her hip and she was covered in blood from sitting in the car seat where Brittany had been in labour for the last 2 hours. Rachel was running behind, opening doors for passers by.

I skidded to the front desk, probably looking like something out of a horror movie. I was covered in blood and fluid and my hands were stained red.

The woman at the desk stood up immediately.

"Oh my god what's happened?! Who's hurt?!" She exclaimed

"Nobody, where is Brittany Lopierce?" I rushed exhaustedly. "She was taken in by ambulance but I'm not sure how long ago!"

"Oh in labour right? Down that corridor, room 34"

We all rushed to the door. I shoved Nicky into Rachel's arms and ran inside leaving them in the hallway.

"BRITTANY?" I shouted across to room bustling with doctors.

Screams were coming from the corner of the room where doctors surrounded. I knew it was Brittany.

I farted in between doctors and got to her side.

Her legs were up to her chest and a doctor was down the other end trying to deliver a baby.

"Did I miss it?!" I asked, grabbing her sweaty palm.

"No, I can't even see baby's head yet!" The doctor said concerned. "How long has she been in labour?" He asked the paramedic.

"She's been pushing for 3 hours, but labour would have started this morning so about 18 hours"

"Pushing for 3 hours?!" The doctor asked in disbelief "that can't be right"

"Is something wrong doctor?" I asked nervously

"I don't know is the honest answer. Brittany hasn't carried to full term, she's been pushing for much longer than normal, and there's not even a sign of a head. I've never seen anything like this. It says in her notes that a Caesarean Section isn't allowed for health reasons, so it's either the natural way or no way at all!"
