A Sirius Mistake

its christmas now, and i now have a half dead christmas tree in my shack, if you haven't heard, Remus and Tonks are married, it was a beautiful wedding well most i could see anyway, yes i turned up. I couldn't take it anymore, i was going mad being split away from my family, friends. Harry. I had to see my final marauder get married, no matter what, Dumbledore wouldn't stop me.

*flashback

Finally, i step outside of this god for sake village that Dumbledore had abandoned me too. The breeze swims through my thick curls and i scratch my overgrown bush on my face. I need to clean up if i'm going to a wedding, i had got a secret invitation from tonks, Remus doesn't know I'm coming.

I go in my Padfoot form and head to the nearest city, when i enter this crazy place, i join the flood of muggles as my human form. Rushing and rushing muggles coming from each direction but i push on. I see a shard on the floor an pick it up, a razor, perfect! I walk back through the crowd and see my perfect hiding place in the corner of my eye. The disable toliets. I slide in and lock the door, the mirror was foggy but with a slide of my grey hand, the mist disappears and a ghost appears before me. Look at me. Im a mess, a overgrown crazy mess. Not anymore. I pick up up the shard i found on the floor and started to scratch my face.

After an hour of agony and blood down my chin, the bush had been cut back. I had no wand so there was no way i could heal my cuts, so i just had to wait until it dried so they looked like small spots.

I leave the toilet to see a Cue of wheelchairs in front of the door.

"What the hell have you been doing in there for an hour?!" Shouts one of the elderly muggles in front on me.

"sorry mugg- i mean mam" i say

"we all know what he's really been doing" shouts a man at the back of the line and everyone started to laugh. I walk past and get lost in the crowd of people.

I carry on fighting my way through the crowd and i walk past a rather swanky suit shop, i have no wand so i cant magic it on, im going to have to steal it. As a dog. I turn into my padfoot form and run into the store, i pull the suit off the rails and fly out the store with it in my mouth, into a nearby alley. Nobody noticed, i dont know how, a big black dog carrying a bright red suit.

I slip off my tatted suit and put on the new one, a perfect fit. All i need to do now is apparate to the wedding and its starting in 20 minutes. With a quick twist and turn i disappear from the alley.

I arrive in a field, in front of a gigantic tent. Bigger on the inside i bet. I walk in not even thinking that Harry may be in there but i don't care anymore, i would be delighted to see him.

I walk through the tent doors and wedding music starts to play, Remus turns around hoping to see his blushing bride to be, but unfortunately meets eyes with me. His eyes grew and he started to sprint towards me.

"Moony congrats!" I shout

He come close and grabs me outside,
"What the hell do you think your doing!" He shouts

"oh nice to see you too!" i say

"well, Dumbledores here and what would of happened if Harry was here"

"is he?"

"No of course not! How did you know?"

"your blushing bride to be" i tease

"oh, well-"

"oh well she wanted me to be here for you, so calm down! Im here for you pal, who's your best man?"

"Arthur, it was gonna be you but, well"

"well it can be now, cant it, I'm here!"

"No, no, it cant, you can be on front row"

Suddenly Arthur walks in "Remus hurry up shes coming, Sirius?!"

I wave at him and grin to remus, "do you want me to walk you down the isle"

"shut up" he says

We run down the isle and meet them at the end, i catch Dumbledore choking on air by the mear site of me, i chuckle to myself. Suddenly the music begins to play and a bright colour changing wedding dress lights up the tent. Sparkles coming out of every step she took, Dora Tonks, being walked by Ted, proud father of the beautiful Witch, Remus' eyes were locked on the angel walking down to him, he's the luckiest man.

the ceremony was so moving, seeing the last marauder marry, made me very emotional.

After the wedding i made my way outside, where i was pulled over by Albus himself.

"Sirius aren't you supposed to be dead"

"Nope pretty much alive, you said not to see Harry but you cant ban me from my best friends wedding!"

"What if Harry was here"

"Well he's not!"

We awkwardly stood in silence

"Please please let me see him, let me explain, its killing me and its not exactly helping Harry" i finally break the silence

"how do you know that?"

"i errm can sense it"

"no harry is fine, he's having lessons with me, going into Voldemorts past."

"what!?"

"He's doing fine Sirius, he's a adult now, he is brave"

"then let me see him"

"Sirius thats enough"

"at least give me my wand!!"

"fine"

He appears my wand out of thin air and gives it me, i wink at Remus and blow a kiss to Tonks, there happily married now and i apparate back to my shack.

*end of flashback

i wonder out of my cold shack and see a little brown barn owl bobbing in the sky. It comes closer, closer, closer until in lands in the snow. I pick up the newspaper it was carrying out of the wet snow and turn it over.

the headline was...

Death eaters attack again,

and a picture of the burrow burning, the Weasley burrow!

Arthur Weasley and his Family, Remus and Nymphadora Lupin along with Harry potter had a lucky escape as death eaters attack the family home, none will know what really happened, but apparently Harry Potter, the chosen one, was caught chasing Bellatrix Lestrange.

Harry! No!
