After the person at the door continued knocking, Kenma finally got up to answer.
"How may I help you?" He sighed.

"I'm looking for y/n," the person said.

Kenma paused for a moment. Even before y/n disappeared, no one cared looking for them, unless the teacher asked them to. He took a better look at the boy standing in front of him.

They looked to be around the same age. He was tall, around 6'0 ft, and slender. He has brown hair, and captivating green, almond shaped eyes. He wore a neutral expression, and seemed to have drove here in his car.

"Kenma who's at the door?" Y/n called.

"Hold on!,"Kenma called in your direction before turning back to the boy, "Who're you?"

"Uh they call me Rin. Who are you," boy said.

"I'm Kenma,"

"You look a little old for a babysitter,"

"What?"
Before Kenma could respond, Y/n finally came to the door and saw the person standing in front of them. They both paused while looking at each other, examining one another trying to identify them.

"Rintaro?"

"Y/n?" They both said in unison.

Kenma stood around watching wondering how they both know each other. Both y/n and Rintaro started laughing.

"How did you find where I live?" Y/n asked.

"You won't believe it but, this online friend sent me their address and I told them I'd be here today," he replied.

Y/n took the time to put the pieces together. Coincidentally a few days ago they sent the address to their online friend. That friend said they'd arrive on Thursday, and it was Thursday. "Do you mind if I see the last few texts with your online friend?" Y/n asked.

"Sure, why?" Rintaro asked skeptically. And sure enough, the texts were the exact same. Y/n didn't say anything as they pulled out their phone to show the boy the similarities.

"Who would've thought that you'd be my online friend," y/n joked.

The boy smiled lightly before commenting on the name they saved him as, "you saved me as 'Them?' question mark and a heart?" Y/n felt their cheeks heat up.

While talking together online, neither of them exchanged names. Plus y/n felt so comfortable talking to them, that they looked forward to every conversation they had with him. Even from the simple "good mornings" and "good nights", to long rants about his day, he made time feel nonexistent.

"So do you guys know each other or..?" Kenma interrupts.

"Yah. We were best friends till I moved away and we lost contact. But coincidentally we became online friends while trash talking this person in a Twitter comment section," Suna explained. It made y/n feel warm fuzzy knowing that he remembered how they came in contact with each other.

But one person didn't feel all happy and it was Kenma. It's been a while since he had seen y/n genuinely smile like this and it had him thinking. The last time he personally remembered them smiling like that, was when they were dating. It made him feel weird that someone else could make their eyes light up, and make them fiddle with the rings on their hands.

The bi colored haired boy then stopped and questioned why he was thinking like this. He was no longer concerned with what y/n was doing right? So why did that interaction make him feel a certain type of way? After all, he should be hating them right now. They still haven't let him outside the house. So why was that in the back of his mind right now?
