This is P.1 of my pride month special! I ended up doing a picker wheel thing to choose. And the order of results goes with the order of ships- And this one came up for angst!

"Kokichi.. I've said it before... I. Like. KAEDE."

I stared at Shuichi,
Pure sadness in my eye's.
I thought he love Me, 
He also used to tell me he did...
Was he the one lying then?

"B-But.. You've said it before! YOU SAID YOU LOVED ME!"

Shuichi sighed,
Looking down at his feet. 

"I lied."

"Oh..."

I couldn't believe it,
He also got on me about lying to everyone. 
EVERYONE hated me because of my lying...

Then he tell's me that he does it?
What kind of Bastard....

"So your telling me, Your a hypocrite?"

He looked back up at me, 
Staring me down.

"Lying once doesn't make me a lair."

I watched as he made his way out of my room.
I wanted to follow him,
So i did.

I followed closely behind,
But far enough so he couldn't see me.
He soon made it to his room,
Closing the door behind him while I wait outside.

_POV SWITCH_

I closed my dorm door,
I hated lying to him...
I wanted to tell him how i really felt...
But I couldn't...
So, I said it there..
Hoping to get my sadness out. 

"I'm so sorry..."

"I love you.. But i cant"

"I have an arranged marriage with Kaede."

"If i don't marry her it's your head on the line"

_POV SWITCH_

I couldn't believe my ear's.
Kaede was forcing him to marry her..
Using my life an blackmail?!

I want to burst in,
Telling him that i didn't care about the threat..
But I couldn't..
Something in me made me turn and leave.
I sat in my dorm,
Thinking about everything..

"And i though Mui was a bitch..."

-TIME SKIP TO WEDDING-

I stared at the two at the alter,
Grimacing at the pain in Shuichi's eyes.
HOW COULD NO ONE TELL?

I heard someone say...
"Any objections?"

I raised my hand,
I wanted to put it down and run.
But i cant...
Shuichi is being forced into something he doesn't want!
As his friend I have to stop it.

"I object."

I could feel the stares..
But i didn't stop. 

"Kaede is forcing him to marry her."

I heard gasp's in the crowd,
Before Shuichi spoke...

"I don't know what your talking about."

"Yah, I love him. And he loves me"

I looked up at the two,
I could see the pain is Shuichi's eyes.
But,
He didn't say anything... 

He just watched,
As I ran out of the room.
Before i fully left..
I heard Maki scream..
