sorry for the VERY late update. I had a very bad day today.

 Adrien

When he walked in the door, he was greeted with the sight of his father glaring at Felix who was just standing there with a blank face. Nathalie stood behind him with worry and guilt and it made him wonder just what she did now. He knew that she was his father's lap dog and would do anything for him, it was no secret she held love for him. But he knew his father was no longer capable of that anymore.

"And how do you explain getting lost, hm? How do you explain losing my son in the crowd? You were told to stay with Adrien throughout your stay here and so far you haven't done that once. You are old enough to understand the rules told to you and you are old enough to-" Adrien heard enough.

"Stop, father. I ran off right into the crowd to get away from the danger and out of the building just as he did. You have no right to put the blame on him. We've had a stressful day and I'm sure Felix wants to go to bed just as I do." He felt Plagg moving around in his shirt, trying to signal him to calm down but it wasn't working. He wasn't calming down from this one.

"You are always quick to blame someone else when something goes wrong with me, even if it's me who caused the problem. We are tired. We both watched a close friend get akumatized. One who is going through enough as it is then we have to watch the same akuma try to get her again while trying to protect ourselves. Now leave us alone, after all that's what you're best at."

Throughout him talking, Adrien had walked closer to Felix and grabbed his wrist to take him up the stairs. He heard Nathalie gasp at his last statement but couldn't find it in himself to care. He didn't care that he didn't even ask Felix if he wanted to get away. All he cared about what getting to his room, getting a shower, and then transforming to go check on Marinette. That's all he cared for.

Adrien slammed his door open, pulling Felix inside before slamming it again. He walked in the room to run his fingers through his hair as he thought about his next plan. He turned to see Felix looking at him with a raised eyebrow.

"What do you want?" He was still pissed and couldn't help the anger in this tone. He felt Plagg go still after his last statement towards Gaberil. He couldn't find it in himself to care about that either.

"I always wondered what it would take for you to stand up to him." Adrien let out a grunt before turning around to grab a change of clothes. He reached for his pants to grab his phone when he saw a flash of pink and yellow go through his window. Adrien kept his eyes in that direction but saw nothing else. He narrowed it down to the fact he was finally losing it.

"You can go to your room, Felix. I want to be alone." He turned around but saw a red spot with a small bruise on his cousins cheek. He knew that Felix wasn't doing anything in Paris that would give a bruise like that. He dropped the stuff he just picked up to walk up to him, reaching forward to grab his face to see it.

"Adrien, leave it." But he couldn't. There was a slap mark on Felix's face and he had knew a high chance that it was the stone cold man downstairs. Adrien sucked in a deep breath before just walking backwards and sitting on the couch with his head in his hands. He was Chat Noir, the superhero of Paris, yet his Princess and now his cousin weren't safe from anything.

Felix watched as Adrien fell into his mind but had no idea how to help. Marinette would be better in this situation. A flash of yellow caught his attention as he glanced up to see Pollen staring at him from beside Adrien's window. He looked in her small hands and felt his face go pale as he saw the Ladybug miraculous. A flash of pink beside her showed Tikki who looked nearly in tears.
