There are many different ways to bind, but first let's go over how to bind safely with a binder!

Do not wear a binder for over 8 hours, it'll start hurting your ribs if you do.
Do not swim in binders (unless the company says you can).
Do not wear binders during any type of exercise, for example running, fighting, lifting ETC.
Those are the basic rules, do make sure to follow them!

Heres some safe ways to bind without a binder!

Grab a few pairs of tights, cut the legs off just about shorts level, go to the crouch level and cut a hour big enough for your head, that should work if you use multiple ones!

Do ^ with a few leggings aswell!

Lair shirts! I suggest two tang tops, a shirt, and the a hoodie (NOT DURING SUMMER DON'T OVERHEAT!)

Hoodies are your best friend
