Yes, Part 5. We're at five parts, which means we may be approaching the 1000th chapter of the story in the near future.

In last story's introduction, I mentioned how they announced that the Japanese and Worldwide servers would be syncing up. And we are finally on the verge of that, so congratulations to KLab for their hard work on that.

And as of the moment of this story's release (6pm JST 6/28/21), they have released the School Idol Channels feature to the Worldwide server, so be sure to check that out, collect those autograph boards and support your favorite School Idol's channel! (Or just support Hanamaru's channel).

Reading through the copyright statement within the game, it is acceptable to distribute a derivative work with or without modifications.

This is a non-profit fanbased adaptation of LLSIFAS's main story with many modifications, the biggest being that the main protagonist is male.

This is NOT a direct copy-paste of the original Love Live All Stars Main Story.
This is merely a fan base adaptation of the original that keeps in touch with the original, whilst deriving from it completely with new characters, story arcs, etc.

Which means that the other books in this series are crucial to follow the plot as there are many new things to consider.

But what is the School Idol Showcase exactly?

Well, where we last left off, the creator of the School Idol Festival Kaoruko Mifune had returned from studying in college overseas. Taking on the role as a Student Teacher in training at Nijigasaki High School.

She arrives at a time where the School Idol Club lead by Akihiko Suzuki are at war with the School Idol Clique lead by Lanzhu Zhong.

And what better way to add fuel to the fire than to announce a new competitive event? Where school idols will compete at their own schools in auditions for the opportunity for their Promotional Videos to be showcased nationwide.

Yet the School Idol Festival still remains scheduled for the week following graduation. With the introduction of the School Idol Showcase, will we see the School Idol Festival change shape?

Time to find out, as it's the latest extension to this rollercoaster of an adaptation.
