The Cabin

We got to the cabin and I looked around, it was so beautiful.

Outside

Living Room

Bedroom

Kitchen

Bathroom

He walked up behind me wrapping his arms around my waist in the doorway to the bathroom after putting our bags in the bedroom and said "So what do you think?" I said "From what I've seen it is beautiful, and I love that there is a room with Dom's name on it but... I can't bring myself to open it." He said, "I get it, I just haven't remembered to come to empty it since I've been back, I was planning on bringing you both here the weekend after you and Bella's birthday, obviously I screwed that up, but I thought you'd still like it." I said, "I do, it's so beautiful and I love the faerie lights above the bed." he rested his chin on my shoulder and said, "I knew you would. We have the whole night and most of tomorrow, so we can do whatever you want... though I would love to know what you told Charlie about our sex life." 

I pulled from his arms and said "Well Charlie cornered me and my sister and after she announced she was a virgin and ran off, he asked me the same question... Are we taking precautions? I said no and that you can't have kids and he asked how I trust that since I got pregnant as a teenager." I sat on the edge of the tub and turned the water on and let it heat up. I started to take off my shirt trying to distract him, it didn't work he kneeled in between my legs and set his hands on my bare waist saying "And you said?" I said "I may have said something about would he rather I trust your pull-out game which isn't so good." his jaw dropped and I giggled but also covered my face in embarrassment. He said, "You told your father that?" I nodded and mumbled, "It just came out." he said, "Well he isn't gonna like me, is he?" I shook my head and he said "That's ok, I only need you to love me. And ill have you know, my pull-out game is fine, I just prefer to be inside you rather than out."  

My eyes widened, my heart rate increased, I blushed, and fell backward. All he could do was laugh at my reaction and begin to unbutton my pants. I turned off the water and sat back up "I can't believe you said that, and I can't believe what I told Charlie either though." I stood up as he pulled my jeans off me stepping out of them, I took his shirt off him but he still hadn't stood up yet. I finished stripping before sitting back on the tub and reached for his pants, as I unbuttoned them I said "You ok?" He looked up into my eyes and said "Yeah, I just... wish I could give you kids, you loved being a mom, you were amazing at it and you looked absolutely sexy holding Dom that I wish you were a mother to kids that were mine." 

I pulled his face up to mine kissing him and said "Carlisle I love you, and yes I loved being a mommy to the twins but... I knew once you told me you were a vampire that you couldn't give me kids, not that you didn't want to but that you couldn't so don't feel bad. All I need is your love and I will manage to deal without kids, besides I didn't manage well with the first two I was gifted with. Even if you could give me babies, and as much as I would love more kids especially with you, I'm too afraid to lose any more babies." he kissed me and said, "But I don't want you to have to settle." I slipped into the bath and he stripped before joining me. I said, "Im not settling, loving you isn't settling, you are way too good for me, kids together would have only been a bonus." He pulled me back against his chest wrapping his arms around me and kissing my neck before he said "Well just because I can't get you pregnant doesn't mean we can't try for the fun of it." I giggled as his hands traveled down.

We spent the night obviously having fun, and the next morning I woke up with the sun shining into the room. A note was on the next pillow so I picked it up.

Maddie, 

I will be back shortly, I had to hunt and was hoping to be back before you woke. Breakfast is on the table. I love you and I promise I will be back.

I got up and grabbed my wrap dress tying it around my waist and walked to the kitchen, I ate the crepes he made me and drank my coffee. Then I walked to the door with Dom's name on it, I took off his name plaque and slowly opened the door to reveal this.

I looked around, it was so cute. On the desk were four pictures, one was of Dom, Carlisle, and myself. The second one was of Carlisle and Dom, the third was of me and Dom, and the fourth was of Dom and Allie. I held the picture of my angel babies and heard his voice. "Bella gave me the picture shortly after she came over for the first time. At first, I thought it was his cousin or friend, until recently when you told me there were two of them." I said "I was gonna tell you eventually. It's just hard to talk about children you've lost." He wrapped his arms around me and said "I understand love. Honestly, I wasn't sure you would come in here." I said "Me neither but I wanted to see what you did for him, though I have got to know why there is a slide in here." He said, "Because there wasn't enough room for the swing." 

 I put the picture down turning around in his arms and said "Your kidding right?" He said, "No, I really was gonna put a swing in here." I said "You were gonna put a swing in our son's bedroom?" he said, "Yeah I was." I laughed and shook my head, he said "We have four hours before we have to head back and get ready for you and Bella to go camp on the mountain. So what would you like to do?" I said "I have an idea..." he said, "I love you, but you can't last four hours." I said "I can try." he said, "Oh we will definitely try." he grabbed my thighs and lifted me up taking me away.
