Denouement

"Her reign just began"

(In the hall room)

A small group of people were present in the hall as word got out that something terrible had happened at the palace. 

'What happened?'

'I heard that something happened to King Edward....'

Murmurs were rising fast . The atmosphere was sombre with heavy rain. The palace was chilly and dark. 

'Was it her? The princess?'....' We don't know anything .... let's simply wait' 

The place went into tranquility. Suddenly the doorway opened with a loud sound, letting the chilly air enter more . Estelle walks into the room .Her black gown wet and blood soaked hugging her curves. All eyes fall on her. She had an uncanny expression on her face. 

Her hands covered in blood and eyes fixed on the empty throne . She walked towards it as murmurs were arising from the people. They were confused and surprised to see their princess look so cold and vicious. She ascends the steps and reaches the throne at the end leaving a trail of blood and water behind.

Her blood soaked fingers touch the ice cold golden throne . She finally faces the crowd and sits on the throne. She closes her eyes and inhales... She sits silently for a long time and then opens her eyes looking at the people.

'Your king......' She sighs,' My dear Edward is dead '. 

Gasps and look of terror arose.

The minister gets in front of the people ... They look at him in the hope of it being false. But he shook his head and says with a broken voice;

'King Edward has passed away due to unspeakable reasons.' 

Slight cries could be heard.

' Your new ruler..... Queen Estelle will reign the throne the next auspicious day'

People were shocked and panic-stricken.

'Kneel, before your new queen'. She says in a calm yet terrifying voice . People looked confused and scared . She was enjoying this power and panic in their eyes.

'I said ...... ' She takes a deep breath ,'KNEEL!!!!' 

All the people present there kneeled before her. She looked at every single one of them with her cold eyes . She had a twisted smile on her face.

Her reign just began..........
