PERCY WAS WEARING a suit that Natasha had put him in. She told him that they had designed it keeping his abilities in mind, personally, he didn't see it. It was a suit that was identical to Barton's with splashes of dark blue and silver. His arms were fully exposed, which made him a little uncomfortable.
Natasha also handed him some knives and a gun. He didn't protest cause, Riptide was of no use in this scenario. He thanked her and both of them walked out joined by Steve and Clint on the way. They walked their way inside a Quinjet.
A young-looking pilot turned around, wide-eyed. "You are not authorized to be here." He trailed off. Truthfully, Steve looked like a blue egg with his helmet, just a piece of extra information. He said, "Son, just don't." The pilot awkwardly half ran half walked out of there.

Before they were even close to Stark Tower, Percy could see a portal of some sort? All sorts of weird creatures were coming out of it, called the Chitauri. They looked like advanced machinery but alive at the same time. As they flew into the city, Natasha or Black Widow said, "Stark, we're heading northeast."
He heard Tony's voice in the comm fitted in his ear, "What, did you stop for drive-thru?" He asked. "Swing up park, I'm gonna lay 'em out for you." He said, sounding excited and nervous at the same time.
The Chitauri came into view, Natasha activates the machine gun and shoots it down. Clint looks out to Stark Tower. "You see them?" He asks Nat.
She looked towards to see Thor and Loki engaged in an intense battle. He fires the scepter sending Thor sliding across the floor. "I see 'em." She said. Clint moves towards the tower, aiming the gun at Loki.
Loki intercepts with the scepter and fires at the Quinjet, successfully setting it on fire. Clint does some maneuvering technique and slams onto the street. Steve ran out as the Quinjet landed followed by Percy, Clint, and Natasha.
They arrive at a four-way street when the whole city quiets down, similar to how everybody was asleep during the Battle of Manhattan.
What did they do to my city? He remembers asking that day. A roar sounded through the city as a shadow cast over them.
A Chitauri Leviathan flies out of the portal carrying thousands of soldiers. It passes over the quartet, them looking up and extremely out of their element.
Chitauri soldiers cling to the buildings and slide down. They fire their energy rifles at innocent civilians.
"Stark, are you seeing this?" Steve's voice rings through their ears. "I'm seeing. Still working on believing. Where's Banner? Has he shown up yet?"
"Banner?" Steve asked in confusion.
"Just keep me posted. Jarvis, find me a soft spot." Tony said; the last part of his sentence aimed at the AI.
