Our love for each other is tragic, isn't it? Our souls are connected yet the universe sets us apart.

Back then when I was younger, I was the kind of person who would do anything to conceal what I truly feel. I do not understand the idea of love at all, really. I always thought, people only love the idea of love but not love itself. Most are obsessed with the idea of a fairytale love story while some fancy to have a romantic life with the ones they love. Some used it as an excuse to do things full of lust, like I, before. But that is not how the universe works. It takes chances and choices. It takes ups and downs.

I never understood the idea of loving someone so much that you consider your decisions because of them. That you value their happiness more than yours. That you can't skip a heartbeat without thinking about them.

But that was before. I am a different person now. A whole lot more.

The first time I saw you, I judged you deep down your golden soul. I thought you were just like anybody else out there. But I was wrong. I never understand how toxic, frustrating, and dumb I am for letting my anger and lust rule over me every time. That I almost lost the one who truly loves me.

I was not supposed to be fascinated by the beauty of the enemy. Slytherins and Gryffindors are meant and obligated to hate each other for the rest of their lives. The house that you are in will define you from now on. I am in Slytherin which means I am supposed to act as a cunning and ambitious wizard.

Our story was not supposed to start this way if it wasn't because of our respective houses. I was wired to despise you with all my might. But there's something here inside me that says there's still a chance.

"Hogwarts has been chosen to host a legendary event, The Triwizard Tournament." exclaims excitedly by Professor Dumbledore as the crowd chatter with excitement due to the announcement. He continued to speak and later on introduced the lovely guests.

"Please join me on welcoming the lovely ladies of the Beauxbatons Academy of Magic and their Headmistress Madame Maxime." he added with an ear-to-ear smile on his old, wrinkled face, showing how happy he was to see the guests.

"Bloody hell!" says Ron from across me with his eyes wide open; as if it's his first time seeing unobtrusive ladies. Beauxbatons ladies are nice and well-dressed, gracefully entering the gigantic doors of the Great Hall.

"Hey Ron!" I shout-whispered. "Your eyes, close them. It's not good for you." I snapped while Harry, Hermione and I started laughing at him in such silliness.

He was so amazed of those ladies. But I must say to myself, their Headmistress is quite big.

"Professor Dumbledore's height was just as half as Madame Maxime's." adds Harry as if he's sharing the same mind as I.

I was looking at Hermione's face while everyone else are clapping to their special entrance. She seems to be annoyed to the fact that they clapped because of the ladies' big bums.

"And now our friends from the North, please greet the proud sons of Durmstrang and their High Master, Igor Karkaroff." Professor Dumbledore continues in the background after a nice, warm greeting for Beauxbatons.

Everyone glanced at the door, giving their sympathy as the Durmstrang students enter the Great Hall.

"Blimey, it's him! Viktor Krum!" says Ron as he admires Viktor Krum's entrance, looking straightly inside with his stomach in, chest out and proudly strutting.
