Holidays were not good for the Weasleys this year. They were attacked by a group of Death Eaters and burned their house.
Harry, on the other corner is still acting offbeat. I still haven't discussed what happened to the Malfoy Manor but I would probably tell him. I'm just waiting for the perfect time.
Ron, well, he got poisoned. Romilda Vane gave Harry a box of chocolates that contains love potion. If it wasn't because of Ron's always-hungry-stomach, he wasn't going to be poisoned.
Nevertheless, he's now recovering at the Hospital Wing with Ginny, Hermione and I beside him, waiting for him to gain back his consciousness.
Out of nowhere, Lavender hysterically ran towards Ron's bed. Yeah, I totally understand that she likes Ron so much but the conflict is that she could not differentiate love and obsession.
Definitely, what she is showing, it's obsession.
"Where is he? Where's my Won-Won? Has he been asking for me?" Lavender Brown uncontrollably approached, furrowing her eyebrows when she saw Hermione sitting next to his beloved Won-Won. "What's she doing here?"
Hermione aggressively stood from where she was sitting and answered, "I might ask you the same question."
The heat is on between these two. Ginny and I are just awkwardly looking at each other as we avoid bursting out into a loud laughter. Well, I just couldn't read Hermione sometimes. But I know she's jealous of Lavender.
"I happen to be his girlfriend." Lavender furiously replied as she steps forward, closer to the bed bunk.
"I happen to be his..." she seethed while I once more glance to Ginny, looking for her reaction as I laugh internally, "friend." Hermione added.
Lavender is on fire now as she debates with Hermione.
"Don't make me laugh. You haven't spoken in weeks. I suppose you want to make up now that he's all interesting." Lavender debated.
Poor Lavender. I know she loves Ron so, so much and I can see it when they cuddle everywhere, though it gives me goosebumps to the point I want to vomit. But from the tone of her voice right now, she's about to cry.
Mione jeered," He's been poisoned, you daft dimbo! And for the record I've always found him interesting."
Ron moved a bit that made Lavender step closer to him.
"Ah. See? He senses my presence." she uttered weakly with worrisome plastered on her eyes. "Don't worry, Won-Won. I'm here."
Harry suddenly appeared and now standing behind Lavender, beside the Professors who are attentively watching the melodramatic scenario as I feel the cringe they are feeling right now, specially Professor Snape.
"I'm here." Lavender added.
"Uh... Hermione..." Ron murmured out of his unconsciousness while I watch Lavender's eyes widen as she hears Ron's calling for Hermione's name. "Hermione." he continued, "Hermione." and another one.
Lavender was in shock and broken and hurt and mixed emotions ready to explode like a bomb. I want to comfort her but I don't want Hermione to think I'm on Lavender's side. Maybe some other time, I'll talk to her. She ran way with tears pouring off her eyes.
Hermione calling her daft dimbo because she's smarter than Lavender is not a thing to be proud of. She hit Lavender below the belt and I feel bad for her.
I have no words right now. It was like watching Muggle drama.
Ginny and I left when the Professors left, leaving Hermione alone with Ron. Harry catches up with us later on. Ginny went to the Common Room while I and Harry walk through the staircase.
