I went back to Hogwarts to catch up with my studies and to compensate for the days I was absent. I already told Ginny and Neville that Luna was safe, as well as Harry, Ron and Hermione, that they escaped the cuffs of the Death Eaters.

Days had already shed by and it was well, but not as well as before. Summer vacation is near and I have to finish my obligations as a student before leisure and everything.

As I step foot at Professor McGonagall's office to pass the fulfillments of my incomplete homeworks, I saw my parents furiously sitting in front of her and I know exactly what would happen next.

"I'm sorry, Forsythe but this is for your own good." Professor McGonagall said, shaking her head in disappointment.

My hands are trembling in fear and nervousness as I saw the death glare my dad gave me as I step closer to them.

"Pack your things, Aurora, we are leaving." dad seethed while my eyebrows furrowed.

I'm in between confusion and anger and sadness. My mum nodded at me; a sign that I should follow them before he gone really, really mad.

I left the office marching in anger as I head to my dormitory. I hurriedly packed my things inside my bag. I intend not to tell them that I am leaving but as I walk out of the Common Room where dust and spider webs reign at the corners of the room, I crashed into Ginny.

"Where are you going, Aurora?" she questioned confusedly as I tug my bag closer, "Why do you have your things with you?" she added as she eyes on my belongings.

"Well, Gin, my parents caught me and Draco despite of the fact that they told me to avoid him and they're sending me away." I explained softly, holding her hands, "But I will not let that happen, I promise." I pulled her, giving her an embrace. "I have to go. Tell everyone I'm leaving." I muttered and she nodded as she watches me leave the Common Room.

Of all people I thought would understand me, why my parents? I really thought and hoped they would because they have been through that.

Draco promised he would write and he did. I haven't told him that I am leaving, that there's a big chance we won't see each other for a long time, but that doesn't matter because I would never let that happened.

Tomorrow, my parents would be sending me away to New Zealand right away, far away from them, to study in a Muggle school next year. I bravely marched downstairs and spoke with pride.

"I would not go to New Zealand." I said, raising my eyebrow, "I hope you understand that." I cleared my throat, "I'm big enough to decide for myself."

"And where do you think you're going, Aurora?" queried dad, putting down his book.

"I'm leaving. I'll seek for the missing piece of my soul." I argued.

"Missing piece of her soul, she said." dad laughed looking at my mum, "Just make sure you wouldn't come back here crying."

"Aurora don-" mum interrupted.

"Let her go, hunny." dad glared at me, pointing his finger, "Once you step your foot outside of this house, there's no way you will come back here." he seethed as he stood up while my mom shook her head in disappointment.

I didn't want this to happen but they're ruining my future. I want to live the life I want and not the life they created and planned for me. They raised me well and I am confident, I can use everything they taught me.

"Dad, mum, I don't want this to happen but please, allow me to shape my life. Allow me to be happy. Allow me to create my future based on my dreams and not yours." I sniffed as tears slowly descend down my eyes. "I love you, all of you and no one can change the fact that I'm part of this family and one day, we'll prove you wrong." I explained as they listen to me attentively.
