What Helen said shocked my whole sanity. I didn't get to sleep well last night because of anxiousness that she might do something to herself.

Basing her voice and her words, I feel like she's depressed and frustrated. Knowing her parents, they aren't likely to tolerate what had happened to their precious daughter. Only me and Crezst knew about this and I couldn't imagine what will happen once her parents finds out that she's pregnant.

Kung malapit lang siguro ako sa kaniya ay pwede ko agad siyang daluhan at aluin, pero ilang kilometro ang layo ko at hindi naman ako basta bastang makaalis dahil may mga responsibilidad ako sa paaralan, sa trabaho, at sa bahay.

"I've been calling you several times last night, who did you talked to?"

Natauhan ako nang maamoy ang pamilyar na pabango na minsang ko nang nakaadikan. Napaangat ako ng tingin at ang iritado na Rafus ang nakasalubong ko.

"What's with that reaction? And why do you care if I'm talking to someone over the phone?" I raised my voice and walked hurriedly.

Hinabol niya ako at pinantayan ang paglalakad. "I just don't like the idea of you having late night talk with someone."

"Nobody told you to like it," I simply said.

Wala pa ako sa timpla kaya iniiwasan kong madagdagan ang pagkasira ng araw ko. I'm mentally tired of almost two hours conversation with Helen. Though I'm not good at giving advice, but I'm a good listener and a reliable secret keeper.

Napatingin ako kay Rafus nang hawakan niya ang braso ko. I deliberately close my eyes as I feel the indescribable feeling the warmth of his hand is giving me.

"I just want to know so I can have my piece of mind."

"Don't you have class?" I intentionally changed the topic.

I heard him took a deep breath. He looks so calm and collected but his words are contrasting it. He loosens the grope in my arm. "I have one."

"The you should go," I shoo him away.

He lean inwardly and I almost run out of air to breathe. He suddenly cups my left cheek and gently caress it using his rough thumb. His eyes were so intense that I almost couldn't bear but I also can't even manage to move my iris.

"I'll see you later... do well in class," he murmured and lightly patted my head.

Nakaalis na siya pero hanggang ngayon ay tulala parin ako dahil sa ginawa niya. I'm not used of Rafus being like this! Sobrang nasanay ako na stoiko at malamig ang pakikitungo niya sa akin noon.

Sa bandang huli ay dumalo ako sa klase kahit wala ang atensiyon ko sa araling tinatalakay. Napagalitan nga ako ng isa kong propesor dahil hindi ko nagawang masagot ang tanong niya.

"Muntik ka na kanina ah! Buti at hindi ka pinalabas ni Prof kahit hindi ka nakikinig." Sita ni Charry at mahinang natawa.

"Oo nga eh, buti nalang talaga.' Pilit na ngiti ang ibinigay ko sa kaniya. Kalalabas lang namin ng classroom at hanggang ngayon ay wala parin ako sa mood.

Gustong sumuko at bumagsak ang talukap ng mata ko. Nais ko sanang lumiban sa mga susunod ko pang klase kaso baka may surprise quiz ang mga professors mamaya.

I haven't seen Rafus since we separated ways earlier. Though, he did text me if I have eaten my lunch and asked if who I am with. I didn't bother myself to reply because we're nothing. He's not my boyfriend or a guy who I have mutual understanding with. And replying to his messages like this would make the situation a misunderstanding.
