Riker and I walked out of the elevator and walked over to the group. We got a questioning look from Ross as we approached.

"Riker, what are you doing here?" Ross asked.

"It's obvious, him and our little friend here are on a date with us." Hannah interjected.

"A date?" Ross questioned and looked at Riker.

"Well, I didn't want to be a fifth wheel and Riker wasn't doing anything plus we are really close so..." I shrugged. We walked out of the hotel and to the taxi cab and headed to Annie's-Barnes and all walked in.

"You know what be fun. If we sat across from our dates...yeah..like I sit next to Madi, she sits next to Ellington, he next to Hannah and so on and so on." Ross says as we arrive at the table.

"Why? I want to sit next to you, baby." Hannah says placing her hand on his shoulder. He walked away from her and over to Rydel and grabbed her wrist.

"Come on it will be fun. Sit here Del." He push back the chair for Rydel. She looked at him and whispered something in his ear. He looked at her and sighed. He sat down and we all did too. We all ordered and told stories, it reminded me of the first time I ate with them. A little to much, I keep feeling Ross stare at me and Riker. It was weird, like he was sending daggers at us. We all left and went outside to wait for a cab. But, when it came there was only room for four.

"I'll wait for another one." I said.

"I'll wait, too." Ross yells out.

"Wait, what?" Hannah said.

"It's fine. I'll see you later." He said opening the door and they all went in. I waved to Riker and they drove off. We stood there waiting for a bit. It was awkward, it was the first time we were alone since the day we broke up. So, I desided to break the silence.

"So, you and Hannah?"

"It's complicated... Really complicated. So, you and....Riker."

"Are friend's....I mean he's your brother so that be weird"

"Oh, okay good...not good...but...anyways."

"So, how long have you and Hannah been a thing?"

"Three months.... Of hell. What about you, you have any boys back home?"

"No, none. I never really got back in the game."

"Oh..." He hailed a taxi and opened the door for me. I got in and he got in behind me. "Anyways, what have you been doing?"

"Dancing, working, hanging out with your parents."

"Really, that's all? What happened to the adventurous babe I knew." He laughed as the taxi pulled out.

"She isn't really there anymore I guess. Y'all are the ones that brought it out of me." It started to rain as we continued to reconnect. The taxi took a corner to fast and I slided over and landed basically on Ross's lap. He tried to catch me and grabbed my hand, we looked at each other, our lips were inches away. I pulled away quickly.

"Stop here." I said to the driver, I opened my door and got out leaving Ross. I wasn't far away from the hotel and I needed to get away from Ross. He has a girlfriend Mads. You can't do this to your self. I started to tear up. Why do I still have to love him. I hear someone yell my name I turn around and see Ross running through the rain after me. I rolled my eyes and continue walking. But, he runs infront on me and stops me.

"What was that about?"

"Ross, I can't do this. You have a girlfriend and I still have feeling for you and it hurts to see you with her and.."

"Do you think your the only one who feels this way? I wanted to kill my own brother because I thought he took you away from me. I still love you, too. I've never stopped, Hannah means nothing to me."

"Ross I-" I was cut off by him grabbing my face and kissing me. I started to kiss back then stopped. "You have a girlfriend!" I try to walk away but he grabs my wrist.

"I'll brake up with her."

"No, Ross." I pulled my hand away. "It can't be like this. Just pretend this never happened, okay?"

"Mads?"

"See you later, Ross." I walked inside the hotel and left him standing in the rain.
