The Dangerous Game of Luigi, Mr.L, & Dimentio

Out of nowhere, Mario, Luigi, Daisy, Blumiere, Dimentio and Mr.L reappeared at Luigi's house. Dimentio and Mr.L collapsed to the floor, wrapping their arms around themselves.

"Don't you ever let me doubt you again..." Dimentio muttered.

"Just don't attempt suicide again and we're even." Mr.L replied.

Mario was tapping his foot with an angry expression on his face.

"Mario, what's wrong?" Luigi asked.

Mario shook his head.

"I just have a bad feeling..." Mario replied, "I don't think that they're just going to let those two go free."

Daisy shrugged.

"We can hope, right?" She asked.

Just then, a loud beeping sound came from the living room.

"What is that?" Blumiere questioned.

"An emergency broadcast!" Mario exclaimed.

All of them, save for Mr.L and Dimentio, rushed to the TV that had turned on. On the screen was Princess Peach addressing a crowd of Toads.

"This is an emergency broadcast. We have reason to believe that two dangerous criminals have returned from the grave. This is now at a HIGH threat level!" Peach exclaimed.

The screen cut to two pictures. One of Mr.L and the other of Dimentio, both from before the Ultimate Show.

"What these two criminals are after is still a mystery, but they are dangerous and a threat to our lifestyle." Peach stated.

"But they're not!" Luigi shouted at the screen.

"SHHHHHHH!!!" Daisy exclaimed.

"The pictures shown are from almost a decade ago." Peach explained, "Here is what they look like now."

A picture that was taken from a security camera in the drug store they were at before appeared. The picture was of Dimentio lying on the floor in the backroom.

"Many people may be confused as to why there is only one picture." Peach started, "But we have evidence to believe that these two individuals are inhabiting the same body. With the use of an illegal substance, called HJ-7, they now share one body and can swap personalities at will, making them extremely difficult to find."

"What's HJ-7?" Daisy asked.

"It's the serum I used." Luigi explained, "It's also known to make people... lose it."

"She's making them sound like a monster..." Blumiere murmured.

"Any and all information on these criminals shall be rewarded handsomely." Peach stated, "Stay indoors until these criminals are caught."

The TV screen went back to the two pictures and continued to beep for a few minutes before completely blacking out. Luigi stomped his foot on the floor.

"That's not fair! They've hardly done anything!" Luigi exclaimed.

"Actually, they have broken SEVERAL laws..." Mario murmured.

"Such as?!" Luigi demanded.

"Murder, breaking and entering, stealing, jailbreak, using illegal substances..." Daisy trailed off.

Luigi gave a huff. Mario went over to comfort his brother.

"Hey, it's alright. At least WE know they're not going to try and do anything bad!" Mario stated optimistically.

Luigi paused and then looked around.

"Um... Where did Dimentio and Mr.L go..?" Luigi asked.
