Chapter 1 - Truth or Dare 🤪

Sophie's POV:

I rushed downstairs and ate breakfast. I had invited all her friends over for a sleepover. 

Keefe was the first one to arrive but Fitz and Biana came soon after. Dex, Tam, and Linh all came together. 

"Soooo...." I said as they all crowded into the living room, "What do you guys want to do?"

"I don't know. I don't really want to play Base Quest because I'm tired from my morning run so is there any fun human games?" Fitz asked, his teal eyes looking beautiful. 

"Ummm, there's kiss, marry, kill, there's spin the bottle, there's hide n seek, tag, truth or dare, and 7 minuets in heaven." I said listing the games I have heard of and played. 

"What's spin the bottle?" Keefe asked obviously interested. 

"Well, basically you spin a bottle and whoever it lands on has to kiss the other. 

"Okay, what about tag?" Biana asked. 

"One person chases the rest of the group until they tag someone then that person is it." I replied thinking of the times I played with my sister, Amy.

"What about 7 minutes in heaven?" tam asked. 

I quickly explained all the games and spin the bottle was chosen to play. Then after that they would play truth or dare. 

"Ok, here." I handed Keefe a bottle and he spun it. 

"Ummm, Linh!" he said as the end of the bottle pointed to her. 

"Okay." They leaned in and pecked each others lips. 

"Linh's turn!" I handed Linh a bottle and she twirled it. 

"Tam, EWWW." They decided to just hug.

"Okay, my turn." I said less than excited. 

"Fitz!" Biana squealed. 

"I'm guessing we're gonna see a lot of Fitzphie tonight!" Keefe joked.

My heart fluttered as she leaned in to kiss him. 

Fitz's POV:

My head screamed with delight when Sophie landed on me. We were gonna kiss! I fixed my hair then leaned in holding on for a little longer than Biana and Keefe did. 

"Awwww!!!" Everyone squealed as we released. 

"Next." Sophie said shyly still looking at me.

"Okay." Tam grabbed the bottle and spun it landing on Biana. 

Sophie's POV:

Next Dex spun and got Biana. They also held on for a little longer than before. 

Fitz got me again and my whole body fluttered I kissed him again. 

"Okay, now let's play truth or dare!" Linh said. 

"I'll start!" Keefe smiled. "Truth or dare Tam?"

"Dare!" Tam narrowed his eyes at Keefe. 

"Okay! I dare you to jump into a puddle of Verdi's snot!"

"Uhhh,-"

"How about he doesn't." Grady called from the doorway. 

"Fine!" Keefe grumbled.

"I'll go!" Biana smiled, quickly taking over. 

"I dare Sophie to tell us one of her darkest secrets!"

"Ummm, well when I lived in the human world I ate dog poop because I thought it was chocolate..." I blushed. 

Everyone laughed at that and for a while that was the only noise we could hear until Edaline shouted over us, "Does anyone want mallowmelts and rippleruffs?!"

"Yes!" We all shouted running to grab the delicious treats.

Soon it was bedtime. Sadly I couldn't sleep. I walked outside and sat on the soft grounds underneath Calla's Panakes tree. 

I heard soft thudding and looked up to find Fitz standing there. 

Fitz's POV:

I opened my eyes as I heard rustling and saw Sophie was out of her sleeping bag. I walked outside to see the beautiful Sophie Foster sitting alone under Calla's Panakes tree. 

I walked up to her and tapped her on the shoulder. 

Sophie's POV:

He sat down next to me and looked at me with his beautiful teal eyes. 

Finally he spoke, "Hey, so you know how we kissed earlier?" He asked making me think he was going to say it meant nothing and we were just friends. 

"Yea?" I whispered.

"Well, I liked every second of it..." He said making me blush so hard I was sure anyone could mistake me for a tomato. 

"You...did?" 

"Yup." He smiled at me as he forced me to look at him. "That's why I'm doing this..."

He pulled me close and did the unthinkable....
