She was very soft-spoken

Yet the words she uttered were like swords stabbed into my already torn apart heart,

Shattering the chunks into tiny pieces, then into microscopic bits.

Her eyes were so beautiful

Yet they become hazy whenever they gaze into my soul,

I can't tell if she's admiring me or judging me,

But it doesn't matter anymore

Because the one I love is looking at me.
