"You drew stars around my scars but now I'm bleeding..."

I have always had these longtime abominations carved into my fair, delicate skin,

They didn't go hand in hand at all,

I despised them a lot that I did everything to erase them,

No matter how much I covered them,

I still had to go through the torture of seeing them when I am bare.

You came, though,

You embraced my entirety,

My monstrosity,

I couldn't hide from you,

You kept finding me and kissing my scars,

You were the only one who wasn't disgusted.

However, in the end,

You did heal my old scars but when you left,

You gave me new wounds.
