Walking up to them was like walking through the Sahara desert, pointless and tiring. I mean why couldn't my mother just take me to an orphanage or something, even Juvie would be better and yes I've been to juvenile detention and let me tell you it was fun... I learned to do so many thing like pickpocket, open locks without a key and even got to become friends with my fellow 'inmates' as they used to call us.
Okay anyways back to what I was saying that would've been way better than meeting a father who you barely even know I thought dramatically rolling my eyes in the process.
"Hello Lydia, you've grown so much" said my father and again I rolled my eyes 'well what did you think I was gonna do shrink' I thought sarcastically. I stared at him blankly, bit my tongue and nodded not wanting to say anything bad.
'Be cool Lydia be cool' I kept repeating to myself in my head
"Okay well Lydia I would like you to meet my wife Christina, my twin daughters Janet and janelle" he said smiling "and this is my stepson-" he was cut off by the guy who was my age and really attractive " I can introduce myself" he said it a husky smooth voice yet demanding. Oh is it just me or is he just HOT! I smiled I think I might like this guy 😉 "Liam, be nice" Christina said scolding his son which he just rolled his eyes to.
He took out his hand for me to shake and once I grabbed it he spoke "I'm Liam its very nice to meet you" he said smirking "nice to meet you too I'm Lydia" I say smirking as well.
"Liam stop hogging her" the voice of a little girl whined. I looked down and saw the twins looking at me expectingly "hi guys" I said waving at them awkwardly
"Hi I'm janelle but everyone calls me Jane" the little girl with a white floral dress said while waving excitingly. "And I'm Janet, just Janet" said the other girl wearing jeans and white t shirt while putting up the peace sign with her fingers. These two may be twins but they are so different you can definitely tell who is who. Janelle seems more girly and chirpy while Janet seems more tomboyish and laid back.
I smiled at them but it soon faded when I heard Christina talk. "Hello Lydia as your father said I'm Christina and its nice to finally meet you your father spoke so many good things about you" I smirked "oh really" I said looking at my dad who was smiling "we'll I'm not really known for doing good things so if that's what he told you don't believe him" her smile faltering and my father frowned
He opened his mouth to say something but was once again interrupted by Liam "ok well how about I give you a tour of the house lya" (a/n it sounds like Leah) I gave him a confused look at what he just called me but nodded anyways. He took my hand and basically dragged me to the house.
I hope you all liked it
