Sif's POV
After everyone gathered their weapons we stepped out into the street. We were parked far away from the Main Street. We didn't want any contact with our not so friendly enemies. When I told the mortals about Midgard vein a hard place to stay away from it wasn't exactly a lie. When Thor first came to Earth to protect the mortals I hated the idea but I finally gave into the fact that they kind of need our help.
And we might have caused at least half the attacks.
Coulson's voice brought us back to the present, "Split up and empty all of the streets the best we can without being seen."
The team, obviously had done this before nodded to their team mates and took off leaving be and the demigods standing there. We looked at each other. Annabeth slid her hand into Percy's.
"Me and Percy? Jason and Piper?" They nodded to took of in separate directions.
I looked around and quickly with a Asgardian speed a made my way towards Main Street. I ran past a strong and healthy young man. An idea started to form in my mind. I thought it through. It was a well plan and nobody got hurt. . . yet.
I slid to a halt in front of a older much wiser man. He had a clean shave and thick brown hair. He looked up at me in surprise. He wore a suit and tie. He was frowning slightly.
"I need your help." I stated calmly.
"Um. . . miss I need to get to wor. . ." I cut him off, raising my hand.
"There will be no. . .work. . .if you do not help me." I stated raising my tone a little.
He gulped, "Um. . .miss this isn't the movies. I have to be going now."
He tried to push past me. I placed a hand on his shoulder enabling him to walk. His feet moved but I held him back. He scowled and stepped back.
"Can I get through. . .please?" He asked.
"If you help me." I stated calmly.
He let out an exaggerated sigh, "What?"
"Main Street."
"What about it?" He asked.
"I want you to. . .clear it out. . . make sure nobody is left. They will get hurt or will die if the don't."
"Main Street that's like totally out of my way!" He exclaimed.
"Do you want half of your city to die?" I asked seriously.
He threw his hands up and turned on his heel mumbling about being crazy and what he was going to do. I rolled my eyes. He finally stopped pacing and turned to me.
"Fine but tell me what to do." He growled angrily.
I discussed my plan with him. After I was finished he looked really confused. I sighed and began explaining it again but he stopped me.
"Wouldn't it be easier to run in there and go door to door telling them there's a bomb somewhere on Main Street?" He asked.
No that I thought about it it did sound better than making a scary monster to scare everyone out. I smiled to hide my embarrassment.
"Okay do it your way and do it quick we are running out of time." He nodded and turned and started to jog towards Main Street.
At that rate he'll get there in a year. I used my Agardian skill and speed across the ground snatched him out of the air and kept running. We were there in a matter of seconds. I hid behind a building. He straightened his shirt.
"Was that really necessary?" He growled.
I pointed to the road, "Go and hurry too!"
He rolled his eyes, "I'm going to get fired l for this," He muttered and walked out to the street.
I didn't dare to peek out it could cost the people their lives. After a minutes a Midgardian monster drove by in a hurry. Another minute past and another Midgardian monster followed by two other. I waited another minute and the man I selected walked out. He crossed his arms.
"Can I go now?" He asked.
"Did you accomplish what I told you to?" I asked back.
He nodded.
"Fine go to your. . .work. . ." I commanded.
He ran off. I heard footsteps behind me. I turned around and identified them as Skye's and May's. They came up and stood by my side. They glanced out into the street.
"It's clear?" May confirmed.
I nodded, "I figured that out."
Skye raised an eyebrow. She started to speak but I cut her off. A humming filled the air and then it went dim. That was a familiar sound of an Asgardian being here. I gestured for May to back up. She did. I peeked around the building. Enchantress was standing in the street. I swung myself around the building to conceal myself and strained my ears to hear what she had to say.
"It's empty?" She powerful voice asked.
"Maybe their all in those houses." A squeaky alien voice said.
A couldn't recognize it.
"Alright bring the army." She commanded.
The alien guy started to chant. I straightened up and placed a hand on May's should and gestured for her to stay here. She nodded. I closed my eyes and concentrated on Asgard. I felt my feet melt off the ground and I suddenly found myself in front of an army. I've gotten used to being commander over the years.
I noticed Thor stood next to me. I turned to him, "Bring the army to Main Street in St. Paul Minnesota."
He raised his eyebrows, "How do you know that?"
"Just do it! Otherwise your world will be demolished!" I demanded.
He nodded, "Help me make a portal." He said in a deep controlled voice.
I concentrated on a portal and it appeared big enough to bring our army through. I raised a fist in the air.
"For Asgard!" I yelled.
A deep roar filled the air and the burst into a jog. They were through in a minute. Me and Thor entered last and we both walked to the front. Enchantress stood on the other side of the street. Executioner stood next to her. An army the size of ours stood behind her.
"Enchantress, it over! Give up now!" Thor called.
She smiled wickedly, "Oh, Thor you should know by now. . . I never give up!"
