[A Week Later]

I was currently in the bathroom for the fifth time today, vomiting as I couldn't keep down my food. "Mama, are you okay? You need me to go get Papa?"

I stopped vomiting, wiping my lip to get whatever vomit off my face. "No, Takara. I'm okay. Don't worry. There's no need to get Papa in here - he's working." I replied, flushing the toilet and cleaned myself before leaving the bathroom. "Now then, weren't you drawing something?"

"Yeah I was, but I got worried since you were in there for so long, Mama.." Takara looked down, holding her hands.

Smiling softly, I lifted up her hands and touched her nose. "I'm okay, Takara. I promise that I am. You can go and continue to draw. Mama's okay."

"Okay Mama." Takara went back to her area and started to draw again.

I walked towards the door and saw Nishiki standing there. He saw me and smiled. "Hey, you need anything, my queen?"

"You think it's possible to get a certain test?" I asked him.

"Huh? Why kind of test you need?"

"You know.." I trailed off, only to confuse him more. Sighing, I held my temple. "I need a pregnancy test, you idiot.."

His eyes widened from my reply. "Y-You think your pregnant? Again?!" Nishiki accidentally yelled out, causing me to smack him in the head. "What was that for?!"

"I'm not sure yet, you college dropout! So there's no need to announce it!" I hushed him. "I just wanna make sure before I get into a fight..so I can know what to do next to protect it if I am.." I added.

Nishiki looked at me before sighing. "I'll see what I can do.. I'll keep it on the down low from Kaneki. Although..if you are pregnant, you think I can be the kid's godfather?"

"..Shut up before I kick your ass for the second time.." I stated, earning a laugh from him before he left. Closing the door, I sighed softly to myself. "Honestly, this could be the worst time to get pregnant again.."

As of now, there's a food shortage within Goat. And since Kaneki and I agreed that eating humans - including investigators - are off limits, food has been going by fast. Right now, Kaneki is trying to resolve that somewhere within the hideout. I was supposed to go with him and help, but it seems like it was a good thing that I slept in.

If I am pregnant, I'm going to have to eat human food again in case the child is a hybrid of human and ghoul.. I may be a full on ghoul now, but Kaneki-sama was originally human.. I barely managed with Takara and it was hell to eat human food. I'm able to tolerate it but to eat it for nine months straight was difficult.. I sighed softly and looked at Takara. But..seeing Takara now.. It's worth it.. I smiled and sat down on the bed.

"Mama can we walk around? I'm bored and I wanna see Auntie Touka." Takara asked as she walked up to me.

"Okay, but remember to behave." I said, getting off the bed.

Running to the door, Takara was jumping in excitement. I held her hand and we left the room, walking around the underground hideout. Everyone was greeting Takara and myself before going back to doing their own things. Takara just smiled at everyone.

"Takara-chan!" Touka cheered, holding her hands out as Takara ran towards her.

"Auntie Touka!" Takara giggled, jumping into her arms. The two giggled at each other's reaction.

"How is my favorite child doing?" Touka asked Takara, poking her cheek.

"I'm okay! But something's wrong with Mama." Takara stated, exposing me to her godmother.
