I was between the two rooms.. One was white, having red flowers on the floor, while the other was black, having a pathway into a small white light. As I was looking towards each room, I couldn't move towards one or the other. I knew that I needed to fight, but my strength was leaving - depleting.

"It's been awhile, (Y/n)-chan.."

Looking behind me, I saw Rize in a white dress. She was looking at me, having her usual smile that hid her intentions.

"Rize-san.. I thought you were only connected to Kaneki.." I muttered, trying to defend myself.

She chuckled softly. "There's no need to be so hostel, (Y/n)-chan. You won't be here long." I looked at her as if she was lying. "Although, you need to eat more skin - human skin from people who are alive.. You and I both know you cannot not live off of the skins of ghouls.. So, how far will you go to show your dear Takara-chan that being a ghoul is okay? It's not..because we are not accepted.." Rize had had her arms around my neck, holding me to her chest. "You are showing your daughter false hope.. Just like Kaneki-kun did to himself.."

Opening my eyes, I had gasped for air, coughing to get air into my lungs. I was looking around, seeing that I wasn't in my room - along with the bed being bigger than usual. My vision started to come together, causing me to see the room that I don't recognize. I placed my hand on my chest, feeling my heart beat slow down.

Looking out the window, I saw that it was already dark, the moon shining down the room. "I need to leave.." I muttered, getting up from the bed. Walking towards the door, I was about to open the door before I was beaten to it. I saw Haise standing in front of me, his eyes widening in shock.

"(Y/n)-chan..? You're awake—" I had cut off Haise from yelling out my presence by pulling him into the room and locking the door.

"Haise, it's late. Do you want to wake up a three year old now?!" I hushed at him. My eyes widened from my own sentence. "Takara.. Where is she?!" I whispered.

"She's asleep in Urie-kun's room. Don't worry." Haise reassured me. I immediately relaxed. "It's almost midnight. Just relax and rest for now." Nodding, I had walked back to the bed and laid down with Haise following along. I couldn't help but blush since it's been too long since I was in a bed with a man, sleeping or just relaxing. I kept my back facing Haise, unable to look at him without blushing. "(Y/n)-chan, can you tell me something?"

"Y-Yeah..?" I stuttered.

"How is Takara-chan's father like..?"

My eyes widened from the sudden question. Turning around, I looked at Haise, looking his eye to see some sadness. Looking down, I sighed and closed my eyes. "Well..he was really nice.. He treated me with respect and loved me unconditionally.. Takara's father was a bookworm - it wasn't a joke." I chuckled. "But, he was very protective of me. He knew what I was and still continued to protect me.. It hurts honestly.." I felt my smile fade away. "He was apart of Aogiri.. He did things that pissed me off a lot.. I had turned to drugs and alcohol.. Of course I wasn't pregnant at the time. But I stopped myself and continued my life as the ruler of ghouls - which I had found at the time. Sadly, during the war between the CCG and Aogiri, along with the war between the Kirukuin, I lost him.. I found out I was pregnant and swore in him to protect our child.." Tears streams down my face.

"(Y/n)-chan.."

"Takara's name means treasure for a reason.. She's our child, our treasure.. I want no one to hurt her or ruin her innocence.. Not now at least.." Gripping the bed sheet, I looked up at Haise. "Can you promise me something, Haise?"
