Dylan turned to see Bonnie look mom over him as he entered his game, he jumped back in fright."Fuck!" He said, as the animatronic stared aimlessly into his soul. Then he looked up at the robot.
"You're huge!" He shouted, he did it as if he had to so the bunny could hear him as he was so short.
And yet, as short as he was, he could still see the bunny's face.
And guitar."Oh no it seems like Bonnie is out of tune and will need to be fixed"
Dylan heard a familiar voice say, one he hadn't heard for a while."To access Bonnie's harmonisation module inside his secondary pipe throat you must remove both eyes"
The voice instructed."Remove Bonnie's left eye as carefully and precisely as possible"
"Ok left eye" Dylan repeated and took out Bonnie's left eye.
"Great now put it in the cleaning receptacle on your left"
Dylan did just that and was asked to do the same to his right eye."Great job, now press both buttons on Bonnie's inner jaw to open his secondary throat pipe"
Dylan did and saw the rabbits face be removed in an instant, giving him a jumpscare."Great, now that you have access, press the blinking button to enter calibration mode"
Dylan did and heard Bonnie's guitar play."It looks like Bonnie is out of tune, press the button again to try and see which note it was"
Dylan did and figured it was the orange key on the robots guitar, he turned it, taking a deep breath as he did so."Press the button again to verify your work"
The voice said, Dylan did as it asked and wasn't met with death, he celebrated a little as the cheering of children and bells could be heard."That was easy" he said, shrugging a little then looking around to see if anything would attack him again.
But there was nothing.
Yet."Daddy? Where are you?"
"I thought I was the one who was supposed to be hiding"
"Daddy?"
The voice, Ella's voice was cut off by a little sniffle as Dylan was transported to the room he had seen before, the one with the single banner and table and present waiting for him to open it, he looked at the handle cautiously and wound it slowly, letting the tune play out before the present opened and revealed a small guitar, small enough for a child to play with.
He then heard more talking:"Oh it's...wonderful!"
"I don't know what to do with it..."
"Daddy, why must I play it?"
"Wait no!"
There was a small sound of wood hitting the floor before the voice stopped once more.
Dylan looked around, surprised.
What had happened to the toy?
Why did someone break it?
Why didn't she want it?Dylan's thought tracking was stopped when he realised he was the only one back at the main room. It was quite and still, the only thing distracting was the unearthly music coming for an unknown source.
"Where is everyone?" He asked himself, looking around to see if they had come back yet.
They hadn't."Daddy?" He heard as he turned and saw Ella standing a few feet away from him, she was looking in another direction, one where darkness lurked as well as a green figure and a waving hand.
"Glitchtrap" Dylan said as he saw the girl look at him in fear.
"Adventure"
"Run"
"Hide"
She said that as the girl moved away from him and into the light of the prize counter, then she was gone...
"Dylan?"
"Dylan?!"
"Dylan!" He heard as he saw Cheyenne greet him, she looked tired and worried.
"Hey" he said, shaking him out of his trance.
"Hey" she said back, "How was your game?" She asked him.
"Easy, yours?" Dylan replied.
"Apart form Foxy being a dick, not overly challenging" she said.
Dylan nodded."Is Alex?"
Dylan shook his head before the girl could answer, he knew she was trying to make small talk, but was failing at it, so instead talked about someone else."Shouldn't you be asking that about Luke?" He said.
Cheyenne nodded."Yeah, I mean, we get in this dimension and there is no sign of him at all, apart from the memories of him they had seen through the different games.
"We should see him soon" Cheyenne said, trying to stay positive.
"How do you know?" Dylan asked her.
"I don't, but we need to keep high spirits otherwise-"
"Guys!" They heard Alex say as he was transported back to them. "It's Luke! He's...he's really here!"
Alex began."What?" Cheyenne and Dylan said in unison.
"I didn't repair Chica" he said, "I almost freed him" Alex said.
"Almost?" Dylan questioned.
"He was almost free when it all went dark and I could hear him screaming from inside the suit, it was almost he was suffocating as I heard the crushing of metal" Alex shivered, they all did, wondering if they would see their friend again.
Still alive."We have to complete this game" Cheyenne said, turning to the menu and selecting the next set of games for them, the title read, 'Vent Repair'.
"Oh no..." Dylan said, staring at the screen in horror. "Claustrophobic ass over here!"
Cheyenne nodded, although she didn't hate confined spaces she disliked these sets of games very very much."Vent Repair?" Alex asked, then looking pale as he got the memo. "No no! No more vents for me!" He said, backing away from the screen.
Cheyenne grabbed his arm,"We have to" she said, giving him a reassuring smile, "For Luke"
"For Luke" Alex repeated, taking in a deep breath.
"For Luke" Dylan added and tapped the first game, the one that read 'Mangle' on it, as the three were transported, together, to their next horror.
