꧁--------❁--------꧂

It's only the next day and you slowly start to feel yourself going crazy. You're constantly bombarded with personal questions every minute, and if they're not talking to you, they're screaming at each other.

Never in your life did you have to deal with such a loud community.

I'd rather be murdering someone than listening to them scream about what is the correct way to solve a PUZZLE-

It was noon, and it was easy to get spotted, but you got up and walked out the cell door. There was no way you were going to survive in there the rest of your life.

And here I thought I would get some perverted man that had smoked and killed people most of his life, but this is so much worse.

You don't care to look back at the obviously confused group watching you leave through the door, and instead just continue on your way. Even in the sun of the noon, the hallways were just as bare and lifeless. It's not like there were bright outlined windows that livened up the place, so it was just you and your footsteps in the shadows.

Not that you cared. Anywhere was better than with those fools.

You were on a particular high at the moment, and it was giving you rather violent energy bursts. Tonight you would be all sad and mopey; that was usually how it went.

You worked off your anger by slipping into the shadows, acting as if you were back in your familiar alleyways following people. You only had one family member — your mom — but for her and your safety, she was never talked about. She hid away and acted like a normal civilian to cover up any backalleys criminals that would try to blackmail you.

You don't know what you would do without your mother.

She was the light in your life; the beacon that brought everything together. Things made sense when you were with her and now since you don't have anyone to talk to-

I'm slowly going crazy in here.

She was the only reason that you hadn't done anything drastic to yourself. With how many people have died in your hands, you had a lot of blood that needed covering up.

You gnawed on the inside of your cheeks, desperate to get this feeling out of you. You wanted to be happy, and get along with the rest of your cellmates, screaming about how to do a puzzle with them. But, you didn't need any other relationships besides your mom's for you to worry about.

Turning a corner, you realize that you have no clue where you're going OR why you're going anywhere. There's nothing to do.

Guess I'll have to find something interesting enough.

You mentally sigh and walk around more, looking at different cells and through doors. Eventually, you find the guard room and based on every guard you've watched, you decide not to go in there for the better.

Treading further into the building, you realize that you're going down, and it's getting quite damp. The rooms are getting colder and more abandoned, dust and water droplets coating every inch of concrete. Against your better judgement, you keep walking forward until it's hard to see around you and you're practically shivering.
