As soon as it was twelve, I went out of the room trying to find my way to the fountain. I ran down the stairs but accidently bumped in someone sending us both to the floor.
“Tara? I mean Ms. black?” rose said as she stood up and helped me up.
“I’m so so sorry. And call me Tara” I say and look her straight in the eye.
“Sorry. Where are you going at such time?”
“I need to meet dean at the fountain, but the thing is I don’t know where the way is” I say and huff heavily looking through the hall.
“Oh I’ll take you there and I’ll make sure to give you a tour later” she says and walks through a door on the left with me following her.
“Thanks” I mumble and walk out of the gates to the garden. We keep on walking for 5 minutes until we reach a fountain made of black stone.
“That’s a beautiful fountain” I say amazed and walk closer.
“I think the thing that makes it so special is the stone it’s made of” she says and nods turning around to walk away.
“Where are you going?” I call after her.
“Dean wants to talk to you not me so bye!” she shouts and runs back in the castle.
After she’s out of sight I take a look around me and shiver noticing how scary and eerily quiet the castle is at night. I go and sit by the fountain running my hand in the freezing water. I look at my watch and see it’s 12:8, why is he la-
“I didn’t think you would be on time since you don’t know the way” dean says as he comes up from behind me.
“I made a friend and she showed me the way” I shrug and look at water in the fountain.
