9. Hospital

I paced the floor in the Hospital waiting room, I tapped my foot while minutes went by , I've been waiting for the doctor to come out and tell me it was alright to see Riley he passed out in the ambulance and their working on him right now, Brandon had come with me to the hospital and Mr.Green and a few guys from the team came to , I was so anxious to see Riley,

"Faye sit down" Brandon said softly to me, I shook my head still pacing the floor staring down the hallway to the Emergency room, I couldnt wait much longer,

"Faye he'll be alright" Vince said one of the guys from the team, I sighed suddenly Riley's Mum and Dad arrived in the waiting room, I had called them when I was driving to the hospital, I ran up to them hugging Rileys mum tightly, she rubbed my back, Riley had always been my bestfriend just like Brandon I'd cry if anything bad ever happened and this was bad,

"Ms.Lukasiak" The doctor asked as he came out of the emergency room in his hospital scrubs looking at me I nodded

"That would be me" I replied nervous

"It seem's Mr.Lee has a few broken ribs a slight concussion and a broken wrist he will be admitted imminently" The doctor said Riley's Mum was shocked and his Dad furious , I nodded in response lost for word's, Riley was only allowed close family and friends in his room because he was in harsh shape, I knocked on the door to see Riley starring at me as I entered,

"Hey Ri" I said softly sitting on the end of his bed he faintly smiled

"H-Hey F-Faye" he stuttered abit from his concussion, I giggled softly I looked into his soft eyes

"How are you doing" I said rubbing the back of his knuckles with my thumb , I caught myself smiling,

"Im fine but everything hurts" he said rubbing his forehead with his good hand I giggled

"It was quite a hit you took out there!" I exclaimed Riley chuckled and nodded then winced in pain from laughing

"God I hate being in pain" he said frowning I nodded "It'll be over soon I promise" I said squeezing his hand lightly he frowned as I got up saying good bye to Riley and his parents , I walked out to the main lobby where Brandon was waiting for me he looked mad, I shook it off as we walked to my car I unlocked the doors and hopped in the drivers seat, Brandon didnt say one word until I parked outside his house he scoffed, and looked at me,

"Brandon whats wrong?" I asked confused by his new attitude all of a sudden, he glared at me

"You and Riley!" he exclaimed I looked at him stunned Brandon isnt the jealous type,

"Brandon what are you getting on with? Me and Riley are only friends" I exclaimed Brandon scoffed

"Faye he like's you he told me so this morning before you showed up to school!" He replied now furious I sighed

"Brandon I dont like him like that though your my boyfriend not him!" I said calmly "Riley is my bestfriend!"

"Yeah right Faye! If you were only friends why did you go see him after he got hit? why did you anxiously wait for the doctor to come out? why did you get all dressed up for the game?" Brandon shot all this at me at once, I glared at him

"I went to him after he got hit because he's my BESTFRIEND, I waited anxiously because I was worried for his safety and health, I used to be Assistant Head Cheerleader so Im used to dressing up for big games!" I exclaimed answering each one of his questions,

"Faye I think we need to stop!" Brandon said through gritted teeth

"No Brandon WE dont need to stop WE are done"I exclaimed he looked at me shocked

"W-What do you mean" he said in shock I sighed

"You dont trust me when it comes to caring for my bestfriend how do you think Riley feel's thrid wheeling with our relationship!" I said my voice cracking, Brandon sighed

"Faye I'm R-" He started I cut him off

"Get out of my car" I said looking out the front wind shield Brandon tried to speak again

"Faye" He started I shook my head, "Get out of my car now" I said calmly He sighed and got out slamming the door I drove quickly but safely back home parking my car and rushing into my house I realized I was crying because my cheeks were hot and wet I seen my Mom still awake watching Tv her head shot in my direction she quickly stood up and I rushed over to her

"Faye" She said softly I sobbed into her chest as we sat down on the couch

"Me and Brandon Broke up" I screeched,

"Aweh Faye" she replied rubbing my back I kept sobbing till I had no tears left I laid the side of my head on her lap as she played with my hair rubbing my arm softly , I looked at the Tv it was Dance Moms on, Me Chloe and Mom liked watching the show and re-watching our dance's it always brought back good memories except this episode it was when Me Brooke and Brandon has a Trio together it was my favorite dance we done and the first one the three of us did, it came to Brandon doing a confession

"Faye and Brooke are both amazing dancers but if I could do a duet with one them Id choose Faye!" he exclaimed smiling like a idiot "Only because Faye is my bestfriend and I know if we danced together it wouldnt be awkward like Brooke and I"

I sobbed watching the rest of the episode as my mom comforted me it was 11:34 pm I spent most of the night at the hospital worrying about Riley , I checked my phone to see it blocked with texts from Brandon Brooke and Paige I sighed as I opened all of them

These were the messages before the game I scrolled through my phone to see the rest from Brandon's text's

Faye I messed up big time I know I was a jerk back there but please I Love You more then anything in this world , Please call me- Brandon xoxoxo

I sighed as I finished reading the last message , I sat up straight debating wither or not to call Brandon ,My mom rubbed my knee

"Faye call him" she said smiling "I'll get you something to eat" she finished after she heard my stomach growled , I giggled and nodded, I went to the key pad and dialed Brandons number it started to ring as soon as I hit the call button, I rubbed my forehead as it continued to ring

"Hello" I heard a rough voice say

"Brandon?" I asked,

"Yes?" he replied

"Its me Faye" I said softly,

"Hey hey Faye" Brandon replied no emotion in his voice I sighed "Faye I didnt mean what I said earlier please take me back" he pleaded you could tell he just finished crying his voice was rough and husky ,

"Brandon thats why I called, WE were a mistake Im sorry" I sighed hanging up , My mom walked back in with a tin foil pan

"We order out for supper" she said handing me the tin foil pan I took off the cover and there was the most delicious looking Poutine ever




"Thanks mom" I said softly as I ate my poutine, I finished it about 20 minutes later as I watched Thor , I sighed at how he ended up with the girl but had to defeat his brother to save his kingdom, I turned the movie off as I lightly fell alseep on my couch,



All I feared was tomorrow!
