What is motherhood? What does it mean to be a mother? These questions are as challenging to answer as they are simple. Yes, to give birth; yes, to adopt children; yes, to have a family. I write this letter to tell you that i won't be returning to Mystic Falls, like ever again. I hope that you're doing better in your relationship with Elena, don't break her heart like you did mine, because if you do I will immediately go into town and snap your neck.
Don't ruin it with Elena, you deserve something good, and Elena is the good. Treat her with respect, love her and just make her happy.
I want you to know that you made me very happy even when I hated you, you always tried to make up for it. I will miss you and that horrible town you call home.
My family had left town. For good. Elijah and I got news that made us very happy. Damon my family will finally know peace, and I hope you find your peace. Don't get into much trouble, Damon. I don't want to return to find out your died in some freak accident.
